I've hesitated to buy this. I have two pairs of the classic Talls and live in them but am not a real fan of the style. They're just so, so comfortable. These seemed a bit different and very cute. I broke down and bought them in charcoal. Love them! I chatted online with two reps that helped me with this. Love, love, love Zappos!

I love the way these fit and they are incredibly warm, just got them for Christmas and wore them for the first time. One big problem...the die comes off on my hands and turns my hands black (black mittens!) I am going to try to get a replacement. Maybe it is just this pair...

Gorgeous boots! They are a sage green with black buttons. They go almost up to the knee. They fit true to size. I always wear a 6 in this type of Ugg and a 7 in the Uggs such as the Adirondack and Edmonton. Gorgeous with a sweater and jeans!

These are a great pair of boots and looks good if worn with skinnyleg jeans. They are very warm and comfortable, but they do seem to run larger than your actual shoe size.

I love these boots. I bought them in my regular shoe size - if I had sized down (as suggested) they would have been way too small. Perfect over skinny jeans or under bootcuts. I wouldn't walk around in them all day though...there isn't much foot support.

I have ordered both the Ugg Classic Cardy Tall and the Ugg Classic Cardy. I don't see any difference other than to say I think the "Tall" version ran smaller. I find the size 8 in the Classic Cardy to fit spot on but the "Tall" version ran smaller. I ordered my usual Ugg size 8 for the "Tall" cardy and it was too small. I had to order the size 9 so my toe didn't hit the end of the shoe. Unfortunately, the heel slips more than I want it to in the size 9. I kept them as I really like them and it was the only Ugg version where I could get the charcoal color.

This was a totally pain free transaction with Zappos! They provided free shipping and prompt delivery. This is a great product. I love the whole thing!

I love Zappos. They have a lot of items that I cannot find anywhere else and at such a great price! The exchange and return policies beat any other company that I have used. If you have not ordered from Zappos, you should!

This is my first pair of Uggs and they are awesome! They are so comfortable and warm and I have gotten tons of compliments on them. The knit is solid, heavy and durable. They look cute worn tall or folded down. I will probably try to keep these out of the wet and the snow because of the color, but this was exactly what I was looking for. I love these boots!

I love this boot! I decided to go with the silver sage and just love the color! I normally wear a 9.5 and decided to order a 9 like I have in other Uggs. They were snug at first so I contacted Zappos and had them send me a 10, which turned out to be way too big. I've been wearing them everyday now and they fit great! I would definitely recommend these, Plus I get loads of compliments. Zappos is by far the best company to deal with! Terrific customer service which will keep me coming back!

I purchased these in charcoal, 1 size down, based on the majority of the reviews (tons to read!). I am usually a size 10, I ordered a 9, and my big toe could be seen as I walked forward protruding a little, and they were a little snug, so I sent them back. I also feel like with a larger foot size, my foot looked larger than normal, so I went with a different style that made my already large foot look not so bad. I also am a little fuller in size, so they would definitely not work unless I wore them scrunched all the time, which I don't mind, but if you are a heavier woman, and have bigger calves, you may want to consider these if you only plan on the scrunchy look (not pulled up all the way). I was very disappointed, because I absolutely love these boots, they are so comfy and cute, given the right size of course. But I would wear them with sweats, and flare jeans - which take away from the style, not skinny jeans or leggings, so I knew these weren't for me, especially after trying them on. Great boots though! Just a few tips for those women who are confused out there!

I love these boots. They are like wearing cozy bedroom slippers. I wear heavy socks with them when I am walking in below freezing temps along the river. My feet stay toasty warm. I also wear them with no socks occasionally. They are the only boots I own that are comfortable without socks. The knit uppers make it very easy to tuck in my jeans. I have muscular calves and there is no problem. The buttons do unbutton, but I haven't needed to do that. I have very high arches, so I really can't comment on arch support. I have never owned a pair of shoes that have reached my arch. I highly recommend these boots.

I bought these for my daughter for Christmas, since we are the same size, I tried them on and I should've bought a size bigger for more space. I will be returning for an exchange.

Very comfortable and warm and they always look great. I pair them up with legging jeans and the look is very attractive. I receive lots of compliments when I wear the berry. Felt true to size after wearing twice. They feel a bit snug until the internal sheepskin is compressed by wearing twice. This is my second pair of knitted Uggs.

Can we say cute? These are a lighter color than shown in the picture, but they are neutral enough to match plenty of things as I slip them on and run out the door. I got them so I could have a quick get-into boot for casual short trips, and they are perfect for this. I have noticed the knit is loose so they tend to slouch down my legs as I walk, but I don't mind the look, either. Just expect this if you do get them.

I normally wear a size 9 but I ordered a size 8 and it fits perfect, so it's true,they do run a little big. Very comfortable.

Love them! Had been holding out on buying a pair of Uggs but when I saw these I had to have them.

These boots are great. I wear them with skinny jeans and my leggings. I wear a size 7 1/2 bought a size 7 and they fit perfectly. These are a great pair of boots for the cold winter months.

This is my first pair of Uggs. Love them! I like that I can wear them as short or tall boots. I always wear a 6 1/2 but the 6 fits perfectly! I did what another shopper suggested...sprayed them with Scotchgard to waterproof. I contacted Zappos to see if there was an Uggs protectant that works on the "cardy" Ugg. She said that the normal Uggs spray won't work on this boot.

I absolutely love my boots and Zappos awesome customer service. My first time using Zappos. I ordered these boots in a crushed pink...really wanting the gray ones but they were out of stock. The next day I went on the website and noticed they had gotten the gray ones I had originally wanted. I called the customer service line and they quickly changed the order with no problem. The representative was so nice and sweet . I wish all customer service representatives were like her. They gave me no problem at all for the exchange. Age even upgraded me to VIP! Since then I have bought one more pair. I will continue to keep buying from this website! Also the shoes were true to size! Love them and this website.
