I absolutely love the overall style of this shoe! The heel is relatively low, but it adds just enough lift while still remaining comfortable. The construction of the shoe is fairly good as well. The material is soft, almost suede-like. The back of the shoe did not rub my heels at all; however, the top part of the shoe around the ankle did have the tendency to move around and gape some (around my ankle) as it was about 1 inch too loose. I wouldn't want it much tighter though, as a snug fit would likely rub and restrict movement. I have narrow heels (but do not wear narrow shoes); however, my feet didn't slip around much in this shoe, despite being a tad sweaty. I wore them right out of the box for around 4 hours in 90 degree heat and didn't get a single blister. My only complaint, and reasoning behind my rating of 4 stars, is that my pinky toe started to slip out of the strap a couple of times, again due to my feet perspiring in the heat, but it didn't cause me any major problems. Nice leather, perfect height, lovely grayish/taupe color that goes with everything and good material make this a good Spring/Summer/Fall shoe that can dress up or down!

Cute shoes, my foot is a little too wide to make them comfortable for long periods of time. I normally wear a B width. The leather is also not great, but for the price and one season of wear, they are sufficient.

Great sandal for a slightly narrow foot. It is still a little loose but the design makes it feel secure on the foot. The heel is perfect, super comfortable but still stylish.

I really like these shoes but I have flat/wide feet and kind of hang off the sides of the shoe - not a good look but the shoe is awesome for narrow/slender feet. They are extremely comfortable and stylish. I'll keep looking for a similar pair.

The top strap is too narrow. It cuts across my little toe. It needs to be moved up a little further or wider. The heel is also slippery.

Absolutely beautiful shoe. Soft leather, incredibly comfortable heel. One major problem - your little toe pops out of the side. I wear a 8.5/9 and ordered an 8.5 and experienced this problem. I had to send them back.

Love the look, but not the fit. This shoe is absolutely trendy and cute. I couldn't wait to get it. Love, love, love the color. A perfect neutral! Also love the heel height! I'm so disappointed that I will have to return them. The shoe runs long and narrow. I ordered two different sizes to see if I could make them work and no such luck. :( Nine West, could you please make some wider shoes? These didn't even come close to being average width.

I wear a size 5 and this size 5 was big on me. The ankle strap was also very loose. Sending back.

I was very disappointed with these shoes. The leather actually looks like plastic! This makes the whole shoe look extremely cheap! The design and heel would have been perfect except for the poor choice in material! I am sad because I have lots of Nine West shoes and have never come across this problem.

Cute shoes but the style looks awful if you have flat feet. Also, like other reviewers mentioned, pinky toes stick out of the edge. Probably a nice shoe for women with narrow feet and high arches.

This is such a pretty shoe and the taupe is a beautiful natural tan color, much richer tone in person than on the computer screen. Also, the leather is surprisingly soft that as soon as a put it on I thought "Ahhh!", but then...a weird thing. Unless you have really long little toes it will surely pop out the side! I've never had this issue before so I was surprised by the ill fit and bummed to have to send them back but they are just not wearable without the little toe tucked into the sandal as it should be.

I wore this seemingly unpretentious but cute sandal for 4 hours (mostly sitting). It turned out to be the most uncomfortable sandal I have ever worn in my life. The soles of my feet were raw for three full days afterwards. If you're going to choose this on looks, I suggest you insert a gel pad first or you'll be in for an unhappy surprise.
