It IS hard to put on, especially with hands weakened by arthritis. Try this: Turn it inside out and upside down, step in and pull up until its lower edge (now at top) is in the right place, then grasp the top edge (now at bottom) and pull up, at the same time turning it right side out, until top edge is in place. Wear it over panties so the rubber strips grasp them and prevent them from sliding down as you sit and stand. If there's a bulge of flab between the Waist Cincher and your bra, try a longer-line bra. 5 stars because it's almost miraculous for my back pain. But I'm trying physical therapy to see if I can strengthen my core instead of relying on this rather uncomfortable garment. I'm hoping to use it only occasionally, for vanity.

I have back problems and I use the Miraclesuit Shapewear as a support for my back. It has made a huge difference for me. I wanted to write this review for others who have back issues.

I had back surgery and I needed some support for my back and tummy without causing any pain or discomfort. This waist cincher work perfectly, it makes the clothes look very flatering.

I found this product to be very uncomfortable. The top and bottom edges have a strip of elastic similar to a rubber band that circles the cincher. It would be a good product if the elastic was covered with material.

Worked great for a couple of months and then one of the ribs tore through the material.

The item works, it holds you in, except its extremely difficult to put on and off being that its seamless. I am actually returning it as I cannot use it for my wedding dress due to the difficulty to put on and off. Sorry.

I love this it makes me look slimmer. Got lots of compliments. 2 things wrong the bones show throu clothing and I'm alergic to the elastic in the top and bottom. There is nothing covering it so it touches your skin.

Bought this to wear with a super tight dress. It was perfect, couldn't see the ribbing or the seams. Wish I had bought this for my wedding!

This is easy to put on and works well as a back brace. I did find the stays were poking me painfully by the end of the day because of how far down they reach in the front, just where they press when I'm sitting. I think a version for shorter people that stops about an inch or two higher would be more comfortable.

This item is ok. It is not full control comfort. I would say it is moderate control and it rides up if your a woman of substance who have rolls. Not my best purchase. Also, the price should be reduced due to moderate control.

Purchased to wear under my wedding dress, to provide slimming to belly area. I also purchased a few other products (Spanx, and the version of this by miraclesuit that has all the eyehooks in the front). This one worked the best as far as slimming and was also the most comfortable. The size guide is pretty accurate, I am a 10 and ordered a medium and a large (hoping the medium would squeeze me down!) but I could not even pull the medium on. The large was nice and tight, slimmed in the waist and belly area for a smooth look under my dress.

I love this. When the Doctor told me I needed to wear support because of a weakened abdominal wall I told him no way. I have never worn a support garment that I didn't rip off after 15 minuets. I have worn this all day and I feel so comfortable I don't want to take it off. I might add it makes me look great as well.

Yes it works! It is very very tight so make sure to order the right size, don't go smaller for a better effect, my daughter could only wear it for a couple hours until she felt like her intestines were being crunched! But it is quite effective!

I found this comfortable and easy to get in and out of. It gave a smooth curvy figure, I wouldn't say it gave you the slimming effect of Spanx per se but it was very comfortable and didn't ride up or out of place. I was very happy with it.

This worked great for a wedding I attended. The only problem was it did roll down a little bit but that was after wearing it for many hours. Overall, I was pleased with how it worked. It wasn't noticeable through my dress. I will use it again.
