My son wanted these shoes and when he got money for his birthday, he asked to order them. He has really enjoyed the shoes and because he bought them, he has taken great care of them. The shoes are great and fit true to size.

I have never written a review for any company before and frankly I have always had some doubt as to their reality. Well this is real! Simply put, Zappos is the best. Their policies and customer service cannot be beaten. As long as they continue to be such a great company, I will be a lifetime customer. On this shoe you will need a size larger than is normally worn.

Excellent service! I purchased a pair of Heelys for my son, but needed the next size. Unfortunately, I was leaving the country in just 4 days, not to return for another year. Customer Service sent me a new pair...overnight delivery...with no delivery charge to me! And they did not charge my credit card for the second pair (I expected to find two charges and one credit on my credit card account), even though it took a week for them to receive the fist pair back. The shoes are great...my son is happy.

I didn't believe the reviews that said this shoes runs a full size small but it really does. I ordered the 4 for my son and had to return for the size 5. I thought he could fit into a Heely 4 since he only just started wearing a size 4 in athletic shoes. Now that he has the bigger size he loves them!

I have wanted Heelys since I was a kid, and I finally decided to splurge on some now at 22. The shoes themselves are great. I love the feel and the colors are prefect. The one thing that I am not used to yet is the actually wheel on each of the shoes. I thought I would just be able to put them on and start rolling around, but it is a lot harder than it looks. I just need to practice and if I can't get the hang of it I can return them within 1 year (which is awesome!).

I bought these as a gift for my son. They were a true fit and what impressed me more was that Zappos speeded up my order from 2-day air to Next day air at no extra cost. Wonderful product and service.

We have only had the Heelys for a few weeks now, so I can't say as to how they hold up. They were true to size and fit. The best feature is the flexibility to take out the wheels if need be. They are not fantastic walking shoes, however; they are just okay. All in all we got what we were expecting.

I bought a pair of Heelys for my daughter 7 and my son 9. The shoes are made well but my kids are not mastering the art of skating with them. I guess it just depends on how coordinated your child is. They have lost interest in them for now.

This is the first pair of Heelys my son has actually outgrown instead of outworn. Perhaps it is because he lost them under the bed for a couple of months, but he has had them for a year now and they are still in good enough shape to pass down to a friend. A great choice for a busy boy. I am a loyal Zappos.com shopper for our Heelys. Customer service is absolutely fabulous!

My son loves Heely's. This is his 3rd pair. I love the blue bottoms and the blue wheel. The only downside is that they are not leather and get a little hot. My son could care less, but his socks gets a bit sweaty. They hold up incredibly and my son is really tough on his shoes.

I got these shoes about one month ago. At first it was hard, but I kept trying until I got it. I love these shoes and I wear them all the time. I even wear them to school and just take the wheels out before I go in. When I grow out of these I hope my mom will buy me a new pair.

My kid loves these. Unfortunately, the wheels are too hard for him to take out (a pretty strong 11-year old), so I have to help out. Lots of fun, though.

My son loves his Heelies. We couldn't find them elsewhere, so were thrilled to find them on Zappos. He has had them now for over a year (they are getting small, but he loves them so keeps squeezing into them) and they have worn very well.

Well, I got these for my son and he loves them. He runs all over the house and sometimes crashes in to things like the fridge but they are comfortable and pretty colors and the fit just right.

We received these the day after we ordered them. They were too small by about a full size. So we did the exchange online and they were delivered the next day! So great! Love Zappos. The shoes are super cool too! Definitely has a high lift inside making the sole seem thick, but I don't think there's any way around that. All around a great shoe and a great experience with the purchase.

I ordered from Zappos because the offered free shipping 4 days before Christmas. I took the risk and ordered my son's Heelys through them. The package came in perfect time! I was amazed. The shoes fit perfectly. They look exactly like the picture. It was the best price that I could find online.

I was happy to find these in adult size! They are great! My son (13) was kidding when he asked for Heelys for Christmas. Boy was he surprised, but loves them and wears them all the time!
