I was very disappointed with these shoes. I am a professional chef on my feet for over 12 hours. I felt little support from the shoes and after only two months the treads started coming off. I expected a lot more for the price tag and the chef endorsements. I guess when you are a celebrity chef you do not need shoes that will stand up to the rigors of a real kitchen

I have worn Keens since they were a new brand. I picked these up in an 11 as that is the same size as all 9 pairs of my Keens. Even with the Triple Fit shim in place my heel slipped and rubbed uncomfortably. I exchanged them immediately for a 10.5 (Yay Zappos service). The 10.5's are so tight across the top of my feet that I double checked to make sure they weren't 10's. This was without any shims in place. Over all the construction looks good, and they appear to be well featured shoes. No luck on finding an acceptable fit though.

I am on my feet over 10 hours a day as a kitchen manager and have very high arches and these shoes have been a ton more supportive than other works shoes that I have tried. I admittedly do not take very good care of my shoes and this pair has lasted almost 18 months now and are just now starting to wear through even though the comfort is still there as well as the slip resistance and arch support. Someone who took care of them would probably get even longer. These are the best work shoes that I have owned in a long time.

I use these at least 5 days weekly for restaurant work. They've been extremely comfortable, durable and safe on slick tile floors. First pair lasted a little over a year. Recently bought my second pair and was easily able to wear on the first day for ten hours at work. Great shoes!

I am a dentist and stand about 12 hours a day. My feet are chronically sore and I have been trying all kinds of shoes, including insoles for the past 6 months with no luck. I have had these shoes for about 3 weeks now and my feet are starting to feel much better.

My son is starting culinary school and these shoes were recommended by not only the school, but experienced chefs. The shoes run a bit large. He is usually an 8 1/2-9 and the 8 1/2 fits best. Although we have to order a 3rd time because the right shoe seemed to be stretched out as if it was a sample shoe that was tried on many times more than the left shoe...odd, but I know Zappos will rectify.

I've had these 4 months and haven't had any issues. I'm a hard working club chef and these are the best shoes I know of. I have some messed up feet from 20 years of kitchens and abnormally long toe bones etc..... I have a pair of Footprints which are more expensive but I prefer these. The Alton from footprints just doesn't have the cushioning Mozo has. But for wide feet in the kitchen both are great shoes. If you have back issues go with the Mozo. The Altons are great for feet but are a little hard and jarring on your back. Also Im limited with my wide feet. The Dansko wides don't fit me. But I used to love Dansko when my feet fit them.

I am a thirty year veteran in the industry and corporate chef. I have been wearing Dansk my whole life up until I slipped these on. I recently went through a bout of planters faciatis on my left heel and arch and the pain was unbearable. I tried insoles, paid for orthotics to no avail. I just got these shoes about two months ago and my feet have never felt better. Standing on my feet over 10-14 hours a day at age 52 is not something I think the body is prepared for. I love these shoes. The non slip means just that, non slip through muck, oil and water these are great on all surfaces and easy to clean and maintain.

The fit on the shoe is perfect, I have somewhat of a wide got and they fit life a glove. I'm on my feet at least 12 hours a day. I was a fan of the birkis prep before but now I've switched over to these.

The fit, comfort and style is just right. My husband wears these 8+ hours a day for garden & farm work (no kidding!)and they have worn very well. Ordered a second pair for Church, they look and feel so good.

My husband, a chef, had been complaining of foot pain for quite a while, so I found these. He put them on and worked all day and evening. Eventually he thanked me, but not without telling me he could have bought them cheaper through one of his suppliers. He loves the MOZO Forza.

Very pleased and impressed with my MOZO's. It is often difficult to find size 14 shoes that are solidly built, feel great from the start and are comfortable all day. With Zappos great return policy I took the plunge and am so happy I did. Very impressed with the multiple inserts for different fits. Way to stay ahead of the consumer. Thanks and I look forward to future buying adventures.

I purchased these for my husband 6 months ago. He says the are the most comfortable work shoes he has ever owned. (He works in a grocery store kitchen.) They have also held up well. On average his work shoes last about 3 months and these are still going strong after 6 months!

My husband had ordered a pair last year and they got worn out from so much use. He is a chef and had said these are the best culinary shoes he has ever worn. And I'm guessing they were that comfortable because instead of having to wear dress shoes when needed, he would wear these. So I ordered him a new pair. He said he will never buy another type of shoes for work!

Been in the restaurant business for 42 years. By far the best shoe I have had for being on your feet all day.

These are very comfortable but hot to wear. The wicking doesn't really work. My feet sweat in them. They are probably good for cold weather.

I'm an executive chef of an Italian restaurant, working 60-70 hours a week. This is by far the most comfortable kitchen shoe I've ever used. I've worn Dansko, Klog, Crocs, Blundstones and numerous other types of non slip soles work shoes and none of them equal the Mozo Forza in comfort. My only complaint is that they break down quickly. I'm on my second pair now. I bought the first pair in August of 2012 and my second pair in February 2013. The toe box needs to be a little more tough to battle the rigors of kitchen work. Mine are all scuffed up and the leather looks worn after about two and a half weeks, but it's only cosmetic. The structure of the shoe still remains strong and what I love about the Forza is that the cushion of the footbed stays comfortable after prolonged wear, solid shoe. I use the triple e width and I wish they made the other models in wider sizes so I can try them also. I love this shoe. After a 14 hour day, my feet are happy.

I am not in the food service industry, but was seeking a comfortable pair of shoes for my concrete floored workshop. Instead of those anti-fatigue mats, my wife suggested chef's shoes. (She is brilliant and that is the subject of another review.) The shoes arrived on schedule and the style is just what I wanted. Only issue was that the shoes were a tight fit in 12 EEE, even with thin socks, let alone the wool socks I am partial to. Width seemed fine albeit a bit snug, I figured that would stretch over time. But the length and even width at the rounded full "Kelso" toe, it felt cramped, even with the flexible "up a half-size/down a half-size" inserts removed. I did not walk around in them, so this is just a first impression on size, they were that tight. I reordered them up a size. That aside, it is hard to beat the Zappos' return policy and ease of use. Hats off to their management and software product team.

This just may be a defective pair. The left shoe has a ridge/bump that I could feel even with the innersole in it. The right shoe was fine.

I have had three pairs of these shoes in the past four years. The very first pair were built like a brick house. It's the first shoe that has lasted in the a kitchen with 16 hour days for almost over a year. Each pair since gets cheaper and cheaper made. They switched from a more open tread to the spider tread they now have, and that has caused some problems with quality. Typically the tread stays intact fine, but some shoes must be glued together badly. The tread starts to fall off or peel away. As other reviewers have stated the fit can be tough to get right even with shims. I wish MOZO would go back to the quality they use to put out.

Overall these are comfortable. Starting to stretch a bit too much. The biggest complaint I have is that the toe is already worn down on top. The material on both shoes is coming off after only a month or so of wear.

Comfortable non-slip shoe. Like the other negative reviewer stated, however, the treads start coming off rather quickly. Not worth the money at all.
