Loved the simple look of this shoe, a lot like my old favorite Merrell mocs which now are too narrow in their toe box, Merrell having seemingly to have changed their lasts--boo! Mozo has extra shims so you can customize the fit of these "working" shoes which I really liked. I replace their inserts with my custom orthotic but this style can only be fitted so far because of its design and the shoe is high volume, wider heel with a heel cup that is not quite deep enough to grab the back of my own heels well. I wear a 7.5 Medium shoe and the length was perfect as was the width (just too much volume even with heavier socks). I do have a narrower heel (Merrell's and Clarks work well here for me) than this style of Mozo can accommodate so these will go back! As usual Zappos is the best for service and offerings. I had never heard of this brand before. The search engine brought it to my attention.
I'd also recommend:
Clarks Artisan, Wave, and Un-lines, Born (if you don't need orthotics), Brooks, Merrell (also if you don't need orthotics), some Ecco styles.

Awesome. I've been in restaurant work for 15 years and these are the best I've tried. I used to wear Sanitas clogs and the feel is similar, though with less of a heel. The advantage of this over a clog though, is that I can easily swap out the insole. Though the base insole is decent, my knees are shot, so I use Soft Sole Airr. The combo is perfect!

I love these shoes! One of the best work shoes I've worn. You don't even need time to break in.

I tried half a size down because they seem to run half a size larger than marked but the heel was still a bit too wide because of the gores on the size and because these are high volume shoes. Too bad because they are cute on!

I work long hours as a chef. Please don't buy these shoes. I've owned them for three months and the sole is already falling off. Not worth the money.

I have owned these shoes for over a year and wear them almost every day. Words cannot express how much I love these shoes! I used to be an agony after a long day at work, but now I can run around without complaint. They did start to show some wear pretty quickly, but working in food service will do that. I will say they have held up pretty well over time. I have wide feet so it took a few weeks to stretch these out for me. The slip resistance on these is also excellent.

I would have given these clogs solid 5's for the first few months. Initially these shoes were very comfortable and gave me plenty of support. However, after about 3-4 months they were no longer comfortable nor supportive...they just didn't last long.

I have been in Food Service Management for 30 years and these shoes are absolutely the best ones I have ever had. I have 2 pairs of these that I rotate through the week. I work 40+ hours a week all on my feet. They included a foam insoles that are under the gel that you can leave in or take out for that perfect fit. Wearing the right socks helped too. I wear a 9 normally and I bought a 9 and it was a perfect fit.

This is one of the best pair of SFC shoe I have worn in a while. I have several pairs of SFC. But this shoe is Roomy, comfortable, goes well with whatever I'm wearing. I just love this pair of SHOES!!!!!

I have ordered SFC every 6 months or so over the last 5 years and these shoes held up the longest (1 year!) I'm a manager in a kitchen so I do a lot of laps walking around and work 40 hour work weeks and spill sauces and hot soups all the time. But these shoes can take it! Easy clean up, easy slide on. As for comfort I don't think it's the selling point on this shoe, not to say they were uncomfortable just wasn't the main attraction.

I really like these. They are light but still sturdy. The sizing is excellent and they look pretty nice (I have big feet).

I've purchased 3 pairs of this style MOZO shoe, each had been incredibly comfortable and offer a great fit. The life of the shoe is very short. My first pair became uncomfortable after 5 months of use. The second pair had the same life. The sole came off of my last pair in 7 months.

I work 5 days a week as a server. These shoes are nonslip, which are perfect for restaurant kitchens. I prefer these over Sanita and Dansko clogs - those would rub so badly on the top of my big toe's joint. These are nice and soft, and with 3 adjustable insoles. It did rub a lot on the bottom of my heels, but adding in an additional insole fixed that. Not the most stylish, but perfect and understated for a restaurant setting. I'm a womens size 7 in most other shoes (Chucks, etc), and this ran true to size.

They are stiff, but they keep you balanced. They have no air flow, which to me is important for comfort. Because I am on my feet 10 to 14 to 16 hours a day walking, and moving around at work. Could not really feel an arch... Breaking them in slowly ..

I have worn various Shoes for crews styles for a number of years. These shoes are comfortable on the heal and bottom of the foot. They have a very nice look to them as well. However the collar of the shoe is very tight across the top, and has created a small sore on my right foot. Taking out the secondary shoe inserts did not help much. The style is a very nice one but go with something about 1/2 a size larger than what you would normally wear to avoid this issue.

Fit and felt great, the first pair I ordered the soles came off when I took them out of the box, the second pair were fine, but started breaking down after 6 months. I know this is not unreasonable of shoes in the hospitality industry, but for the price I would have hoped for a year. By breaking down, I mean the leather is splitting on the right shoe along the seams and top.

Purchased shoes in early January. I only wear them 2 or 3 days of the week for 10 hour shifts. By March the shoe finish is dull and by August the soles have separated from the shoe. For the price of these shoes I had higher expectations for them compared to other styles I have purchased. Other styles have lasted me 2 to 3 years at half the price. Definitely very disappointed in this expensive purchase.

I bought these because they looked much more stylish than most chef shoes. They are comfortable shoes if you walk around a lot, but killer on your heels if you stand in one place for extended periods (I work in pastry production). Inserts/orthotics did not improve the heel discomfort. Biggest negative - the shoes have already separated from the sole and I just bought them less than five months ago. I have read a few other reviews listing the same problem. For the price paid, I expected them to last a lot longer. I would not recommend them nor would I repurchase them since they deteriorated so quickly.

Yeah, it was a real bad idea to break these shoes in on a 14 hour workday. You know, I expected some discomfort as I broke them in, but I wasn't expecting the sharp edges on the inner walls of each shoe. After only a couple hours I could feel them digging into the sides of my feet, causing me to regret my purchase. As I crawled into bed that night with my feet throbbing and angry, still I foolishly thought maybe if I just wore them a little more I could get used to the fit. After day 2 I was proven wrong, as my feet were rubbed raw by the inner seam. Considering how pricey this style is compared to others, I was seriously disappointed and confused by the craftsmanship and seemingly cheap feel of the material. All that being said, I WOULD recommend these shoes, but only to the chick who steals all my tables and skips out on her sidework. Ya feel me?
