I am a certifiable purse freak -- love purses! And so far, this bag is my favorite of them all. It isn't the most fashion-forward or trendy, but it's the best. I bought it in black and tan. The leather is beautiful, looks expensive, and the richness of the deep brown leather accents makes an otherwise boring black bag interesting and elegant. I love a bag that works for you, and I hate a bag that you have to fight with on a daily basis. And this is where Dooney really gets it right. For starters the size is perfect. It's not a huge Mary-Kate-and-Ashley looking piece, but the shape of it ensures that your wallet, cell, water bottle, make-up kit, etc. will all fit very nicely without creating ugly bulges and bumps in the shape of the bag. Next, the zipper is extremely high-quality. I can reach around with one hand and unzip or zip the bag without having to hold the zipper taut with the other hand. Small thing, but just adds to the pleasure. The bag opens very wide, and this, combined with the light-colored lining, means that I can see everything inside -- no more groping blindly about, searching for keys or tampons or what have you. It's true there are no feet on the bottom. Feet would have been nice. However, I have been using this bag daily for about five or six months now and can find zero wear on the bottom. Lastly, the strap and handle are perfect. Usually I unclip the shoulder strap of a bag and just use the handles. Nothing bugs me more than a shoulder strap falling from my shoulder to my elbow when I'm trying to navigate my children across a busy street. (They don't appreciate being whacked in the head with a heavy purse, either!) So I just forgo the stupid shoulder strap. But this one stays up! It really does and I have no idea why. But the shoulder strap is very useful and well-designed. And finally, I just love how versatile this bag has proven to be. It looks nice dressed up, but doesn't overwhelm a casual outfit either. It really has become the only bag I carry. Enjoy!

I just purchased this bag online and was a little worried since picture can be a little different but I absolutely love it. I love the style and the quality. The leather is very soft. I got the navy blue and thinking of getting strawberry color next time. Dooney & Bourke is the best. Love.

This is a wonderful bag, worth every penny! I bought the Sea Foam color, and have received numerous compliments on this item. People continue to tell me that it is a great color and looks great. The bag is very well-structured; I use it like a work-horse and have used it for travels around the world. Highly recommend the quality and looks.

The teal is beautiful. I wish the opening was a little bit wider. The body is just wide enough to accommodate my clutch wallet, but it is difficult to get in through the opening. The base is also quite narrow -- a bit wider than a checkbook. It definitely does not hold a wallet, sunglasses, personal technology, favorite magazine, and water bottle as the item information states! I'm keeping it because it is very attractive but I've had to transfer a lot of the usual contents of my purse to my briefcase and get a smaller wallet.

I don't like the leather. The depth is okay at the bottom but it narrows too sharply at the top.
