I really wanted to love this shoe. I ordered in a size 9, and it fit perfectly for very standard size 9 foot. I ordered the orange thinking it was going to be the lovely darker orange showed in the picture. WRONG! These are NEON orange. Not what I was going for to match a royal blue dress. It's just too bad because these shoes are extremely comfortable for a high heel. So back they go. :(

Adorable shoe but very narrow in the toe area. I read the other reviews before purchasing and accordingly, I ordered a size larger than my normal size. The toe area fit perfectly but the heel slid up and down when I walked, causing me to actually walk out of the shoe. I had to return it which is a shame because it really is a cute shoe.

These are very adorable shoes. The pair I have are a bit darker than the picture. The seams almost rip the shoe in the top and bottom of each back seam. This appears to be a defect in every pair of these shoes (I sent my first pair back to get the same issue in the second pair). It's as though the stitching takes off the lacquer of the shoe. They are fairly comfortable, but if you wear nylons your feet will slide around as the insides are slippery. The bottoms of the shoe have good grip. After wearing them for a couple hours I had to take them off and put on flats. I'm not used to wearing heels so that may make a difference. I bought a half size larger than I normally wear based on the reviews and I doubt I would've fit in my regular size, but the half size larger with nylons were too big (without was fine).

So sad. I ordered the 9.5 and my toes felt so scrunched so I ordered up a size but alas, I just stepped out of the back and the toe bed was still painful from the moment I put them on. Cute shoes though and the tread makes them non-slip.

I ordered these in Nude. Ordered a 9M when I normally wear an 8.5M. Still slightly too small and overall not a comfortable shoe. I used to tolerate discomfort in shoes, especially heels but then once I got used to comfortable heels, even if they cost a little more, I cannot go back. The nude color was a true nude color but I did not love it in the patent and so I'm not going to try it again by ordering a 9.5; still looking for a great looking nude heel that is not too high and very comfortable yet still stylish. I'll keep looking but did also want to note that this shoe seems well made for the price.

I ordered the purple color a half size larger than I'd typically wear, based on the reviews I read. If I ordered them smaller, there would have been no room for my toes. I love the purple color. Absolutely gorgeous. But, I felt like they looked cheap. I understand you get what you pay for but they looked cheap. The shoes fit, but I did not have any toe cleavage (I like toe cleavage), and felt because of the rise on my foot, they looked dated. The heel did have a good height, but when I walked, the heel slipped several times. I compared them to other shoes with the same heel height and the back of the shoe, what they call the "counter" was about half an inch lower than normal, and it didn't grip my heel. I returned them.

These shoes come in the most amazing colors, and I was very bummed when I tried them on and they were to narrow for my toes.

I had kind of a sad experience with these shoes. The first pair that I ordered was way too small, so I sent those back. The next time, I ordered both half a size and a full size bigger, and the half size bigger worked. They felt pretty good, until I looked in the mirror. Now, do not get me wrong: I love bright shoes. That is why I ordered these bad boys. But purple patent heels (at this height, anyway) look like stripper shoes. This has also been confirmed by a second opinion. Go with one of the neutral colors for this style!

I was so intent on loving these shoes that I bought them twice. First I bought a size 8 based on the reviews. I wear an 8 in not especially good shoes, and a 7.5 in good shoes. The eights are huge, though comfortable in the toe, they flop off of my heel when worn with a stocking. I thought about getting something to slip into the shoe to make the fit snug, but decided to try a size 7.5 before returning the 8. The 7.5 is tight enough that it's hard to walk in. I have two weddings on Saturday and today is Wednesday, so I will have to opt for the uncomfortable 7.5 over flopping-off-of-my-foot 8. I'm so disappointed. I can't find a good fit in Zappos shoes, no matter how much effort and good faith I put into it.

Beautiful show, crazy sizing! A full size too small on the left foot and a half size too small in the right! Sadly going back.

Look nice but poor quality overall and defect in the toe area - the foot bed covering is gathered at the toes making it very uncomfortable.

Although these shoes look lovely, they are very uncomfortable. I normally wear a size 6 Med width. After reading the other reviews, I ordered a half size larger than my normal size. I am not sure if this was the right move or not. My heels slip out of the back but the toes are very tight. I'm pretty sure if ordered a size 6 they would be too small. The only reason I kept these is because my husband threw away the box. I found the fit very odd. I would not recommend these unless you have a narrow foot.

Great color and style, but they fit very poorly. I got a size larger, after reading the reviews, but still too small and uncomfortable. I didn't like the way the platform rocked when I tried to walk. Shame, they are really cute, but they have to go back

I am a size 9.5 so I ordered up a size. The 10 was still too small! Based on the reviews I was expecting a fabulous shoe. I've been looking for a great pair of black pumps forever. But they weren't very comfortable and too wide for my foot. I have a narrow foot so there was a pretty big gap on the inner part, between my insole and the shoe itself. Such a bummer. The search continues!

I was so excited to get these. The color was great. But I am really tired of designers sizing their products incorrectly! These are small. So these are going back.

The look of these shoes was awful. They looked cheap and the platform underneath made them look really bulky. So before I tried them on I did not like them. Then when I put them on they were huge.

Just received these shoes and sadly will be returning them. They look very cheap, trashy even (and not in a good way) - and there were small bumps on part of the shoe. Very poor quality.

I very much dislike these shoes and would not re-purchase. They are weirdly shaped at the toe and uncomfortable to wear. Plan on wearing these for a couple hours at a time until you can work them in. I have only worn them once, and they were a total waste of money. The toe opening is too small, but they are way too big at the heels. I am weary of ever ordering from Zappos again after these.

The 8 is too big and the 7.5 is too small. Very disappointing. The shoe is pretty, though, and I love the heel.

These shoes run really small and after a few minutes on they started to really cramp up in the toes. They are really cute in looks but not comfortable on.
