If you have a wide foot with a high instep, this is the sandal for you. This is the first shoe/sandal that I did not have to order sizes up in order to fit my foot. I have issues with my ankles and I am able to wear these out and about for several hours at a time.

One of the most comfortable pairs of shoes I have ever owned. Sole is very cushy and light. Runs large--I usually wear 8.5-9 but I got these in an 8 and they fit well. They are a little clunky, but the comfort is well worth it.

I had an older version of this exact shoe and wore them out so I ordered this one to replace my last pair. They are wonderful as the first pair, comfortable, true to size and well worth the money. I wear them almost every day and the style is prettier with the buckle on the side.

Great looking shoe, not as dressy as other FitFlops, which I like (no glitter) but the same great fit & comfort. Fits me true to size as all others but they all fit me well.

I love all the fit flops I have. They give so much better support. I can wear them all day. They are getting more stylish every year.

I love these shoes! I'm a huge fan of all FitFlops and it's obvious because this is my 8th pair. This style is really cute and looks more like a fashion shoe than the regular FitFlop style. FitFlops are the only sandals I've found that are really comfortable. I have issues with plantar fasciitis and joint problems with my big toe, with FitFlops I can walk for miles with no pain. They are not only soft but supportive. They stay on your feet so well you could actually jog a bit if you had to. Keep the new styles and colors coming! I can't forget to add - Zappos ROCKS! The best ever!

I love this shoe! I have been wearing FitFlops for the past three summers. They are very comfortable to wear and walk in all day. I wear a 9 in FitFlops and a 10 in everything else, so size down.

First of all the shipping from this company is extremely fast! This is my third pair of Fit Flops. Love them. I did buy a whole size smaller than the ones that I have because they seem to stretch out after time and they seem to run long in length. Most comfortable sandal ever, with great support for high arches.

This style is great for high arched people! Wish I could get other styles of fitflops but the top strap doesn't give, there for a little binding on my arch, even when I went up a size! Wonderful for my pregnant body! Lightweight and naturally easy to walk in! Love.

The Hooper is a beautiful shoe but the band runs deeper than the other FitFlops. Loose on my foot. Perfect if you have a higher instep.

Wow, I love this shoe! I am all about comfort and never thought I could consider flip flops comfortable. I now own an extra pair of these, just to wear in the house. I don't get how they are so comfortable, but they are.

I am so sorry I didn't size down. They are a full size too large and have somehow stretched even further after only a few wearings, so they don't fit...they only flop...right off my feet. And that little bit of velcro doesn't help. These were my first pair so I wasn't sure what to expect and, unfortunately, I kept them. Meanwhile I have since bought the Rokkits in the same size and they fit perfectly!

Such a cute look! Such a cushy sole but need a 1/2 size longer because my little toes hang off the side and the length of the sandal barely fits my foot. I am normally a 7M in sandals but the size 7 FitFlops I bought last year have stretched out and now are a bit too big in width and length. Logically, if I were to buy FitFlops, I should buy a 6.5 for length if 1/2 sizes existed in this brand.

Love the look. Love the style. Just gets dirty. This should come with suede cleaner. Also, it takes a couple of days to break in the leather between your toes (got kinda raw with rubbing) so take it slow. All broken in and comfy now tho. Just needs to be cleaned a lot.

Looks great, much more fashionable. This is my 4th pair. I have 3 pairs of different colored Walkstar, and 1 pair of Billow. The tops of these are much more comfortable than the Walkstar. It also fits a tiny bit looser. I normally wear a size 8 shoe, bought Walkstar and the Billow in size 7...had to deal with 1 day of discomfort with the top band on the Walkstars. On the Hooper I could wear them immediately with no discomfort. After several weeks, it was looser, so when walking fast, I have to exercise my toes to keep in the fitflops like we used to when Dr Scholl sandals were in vogue. By the way, I can not wear regular flat flip flops. I only buy fitflops now because although it's more money, it ends up being the only thing you wear all summer.

Love the comfort, wish they were a little thinner to have a more feminine look. They were holding my feet nicely and fitted at the beginning but after a couple of days the leather is starting to stretch and my foot is not so well maintained. Hoping they will not continue to stretch too much. Still the comfort is great. Please FitFlop can you make them less bulky?

FitFlops run big. I originally ordered a 7 and had to return them. I wish they ran in half sizes because the 6 is a tad bit too small. The first time I wore them, I ended up doing more walking than I had planned, resulting in a blister where the thong part rubbed between my toes. Couldn't wear them for three weeks while it healed. The shoes are super cute, but I probably would not order another pair of FitFlops unless they begin making them in more true to fit sizes.

I love FitFlop sandals. I have a lot of foot problems (4 corrective surgeries, bunions, bursitiis). FitFlop sandals are the only shoe I can wear all day. I was so excited because the Hooper could be tightened across the arch. And so disappointed that it was too loose even when adjusted. I bought it anyway. The foot bed does not seem as soft as my other FitFlops. And the bed looks huge on my foot. I wish the foot bed was in the dark tan color. This style is OK but could be much better.

This is my third pair of fitflops and I love the style, foot support and comfort. However, the top fits much larger than my other two pair and are big on my feet. I am so disappointed. I have worn them once so I can't return them. I don't think there is a solution. I have a medium width foot. Unless you have a thick or wide foot you might want to skip these.

I just read Jennifer's negative review and felt as someone with Plantar Fascitis, I too needed to post a review... A positive review! I love my Fitflops and have at least 5 pairs. They are the only brand of flip flops that I can wear and not suffer the excruciating heel pain. I live in Texas where it is hot & humid and I don't have any problems with foot sweating & stinky shoes...all one needs to do is have clean feet & spray foot deodorant on them! As I write this, I am about to order another pair...Love them! Sandra

Love these shoes. After wearing them about 4 hrs. I ordered another 2 pairs. I highly recommend these. Once you wear these you'll never want to wear any other kind.
