Great shoe - a nice change of pace from the M574 series. It still looks classic and retro, but has a bit more of a streamlined style. It's also a bit lighter and has slightly thinner sidewalls, so it's a lighter shoe to pack for trips.

Got these as a gift for my brother; we both love NB. He loves the look; they're lighter weight than I expected which is great for him because he is an avid disc golfer and likes his shoes breathable. Also very stylish.He may also grab them in blue.

Excellent brand. Comfortable and stylish

This is my first time buying New Balance. I love the color scheme of this shoe. The width size of this show is amazing, and I don't feel like my toes are all clumped up together.

Very light and comfortable shoes. Shoes seem to be a bit brighter and bolder than depicted in the pictures, but nice overall. Fit is true and as expected. Good support.

On my feet for 8 hours a day at 6'7 300lbs and my feet don't hurt at all. Extremely durable and breathe well.

My son ordered these to comply with school uniform requirements and they arrived much lighter than we expected. They were so comfy that we ordered black ones and returned these. Only critique is that they didn't strike my 15-year-old as very masculine.

Usually wear Nike for running but need a comfortable everyday shoe and these New Balance work great!

They look cool and are very comfortable. The canvas upper is breathable, which is great for outdoor casual wear during the spring and summer.

After wearing within one or two days it seems very comfortable that I have never did so this brand has a reliable quality in this country.

These are extremely comfortable, whether you are just chilling with friends or using them as gym shoes. I actually get compliments on these shoes a lot, because a lot of people don't wear these retro styled shoes.

I love Zappos! I have ordered shoes from them for at least the past six years and have been 100% satisfied every single time! I live outside of the continental US and I still get my shoes three days after I place the order! I wear a 14 and 15 men's shoe and Zappos is the easiest place to find a variety of products for bargain prices.

The shoe looks very sharp. The colors (I got blue) pop very well. The shoe fits pretty well but might be a half size larger width wise. I have a wide food so I got the wide version and it fits perfectly. I would recommend this shoe for casual wear or the gym.

I love New Balances. I've had a couple pairs of Nikes and Merrels that have fit almost as well, but nothing feels so good out of the box. I've done trail runners, some of the newer minimal runners, and a bunch of 574s. I hadn't tried the 501s yet, but I love them. Cool color, same light weight, same great fit. New balance continues to by my go to.

I require an orthopedic lift on all my footwear. The only style athletic shoe I can find such that the sole can be separated so that our shoe repair person can put a 1/2 inch orthopedic lift on the shoe and glue the sole back on. I sure hope they keep making these. I have considered buying several pairs so I will be sure to have them in the future.

Stylish, comfortable shoes, and received them the day after I ordered them. And it was snowing! I like Zappos!

Ordered these Monday after lunch; was wearing them Tuesday at lunch. Excellent lightweight style on display here. Build quality seems adequate - not sure what some folks here expect from pricey sneakers. I'll buy another pair in a different colorway as soon as I can justify it!

Very comfortable shoe. I ear size 12, but ordered a 13 to make sure it fits. And it fits great. You can wear with or without socks and they look good and feel good on my feet. Love them. :)

I ordered these for my son and he loves them. I thought they would not be cool enough for him but I was wrong! They are great shoes.

Great shoes. I bought these, largely, because of their aesthetic. I love the subtle camo that runs throughout the upper. It's noticeable, but in the grey colorway, it's not overbearing. They look great, especially on foot. Better yet, they're comfortable, sturdy, and fit true to size. This is my first pair of New Balance, and while I know they aren't American-made, I'm very happy with the quality and construction of the shoe. I would definitely recommend.
