This shoe came with two removable inserts. They were tight with both left in but with one removed they were comfortable if not used with heavy socks.

I wrote a earlier review and of course I should have proof read it before I posted it. I ordered 2 pairs of the Drew Aaron's in 6e width and this was the first time in many a year that my husband was able to remove them from the box and wear them. We usually buy New Balance in a 4e and have to put shoe stretch spray on them and put them on shoe stretchers for several weeks before they can be worn. (I can't tell you how many shoes we have given away) or are still in the closet that look good but feel awful/painful. Also this is a nice looking shoe, soft material, comfortable, and has a more updated look.

This shoes are marked as 6E and yet are narrower than 5E from Propet. It felt like I was tipping forward. My toes were touching the ends of these (size 10), but had room in the size 10 from Propet. I'd recommend ordering a size or at least half a size bigger. They are beautiful shoes, excellent craftsmanship and super high quality materials and surprisingly lightweight. I sent these back and kept the propet stability fly. I'm going to have to replace the Propets more often, but they are also only $80. I have insanely wide feet and ankles.

Comfortable but not very durable, if you use orthotics for high arches these shoes deform in a couple months even if you buy two pairs and rotate them. I would not use them as a daily shoe.

These shoes only lasted a month before they were in serious disrepair. Not a quality item but purchased for a premium price.

One of the worst shoes ever made. Absolutely no flexibility in the sole. Felt like I had two planks of wood strapped to my feet. Otherwise they were fine.

Thought i bought the perfect shoe, both length and width... Fit perfect, extremely comfy, wore them for a week and the cloth portion started pulling away from the sole on both shoes! I either received a bad pair or these are not designed to last. I will say that Zappo's as always handled the situation perfectly! Fit and feel were great, 1 week and they fell apart.

My husband loved the shoes. They are very comfortable.

These shoes were just what my grandson wanted and needed for his feet. Lightweight, yet sturdy shoes with great arch support.

They seem to fit fine. Like all shoes, they need to be broken in.

Great 13 5E sneaker. My feet are extra wide and thick in height. The looks are great. Maybe a tad bit large in the heel area but still okay for me. Great for walking a couple of miles but no farther. This shoe is a better fit than some 13 6E shoes I have tried which seemed tighter.

Fit me perfectly and are well constructed.

I had never heard of the Drew shoe brand before, and this pair seemed a little pricey for a sneaker. However, given the Zappos return policy and my difficulty in finding narrow shoes that work well with orthotics, I thought this was a good option. The sneaker turned out to be perfect. The designers and manufacturers clearly produced a shoe that fits very well with orthotic inserts and is also very comfortable.

Bought these for my husband who is new to walking. He says they are comfortable and fit his feet well, he has wide feet.

Haven't worn them much but seem to be fine. Orthotics seem to fit so far and my heel is not slipping up. My big toe top presses a bit and I hope that doesn't become an insurmountable issue.

Great shoes. Only two suggestions to improve them: (1) Use smaller laces! The included laces are a whopping 56!" The amount of lace left after being triple-tied is 20!" And, when tied, the laces look like clown shoes! (see photo.) Suggestion 2: Add a little fabric to the finger loop on the back of the shoe. It is too small to get my finger into it!

11.5 6E still feels a little too narrow on my left foot but is perfect on my right foot. That was the case with the same size shoes from New Balance I'm replacing.

I liked these and they were very comfortable. They fit orthotics with the inserts in. The only problem was that the heel was too big. I couldn't make it stop slipping. For that problem, I had to return them. I wish the heel was narrower, I'd have liked to keep these..

ordered size 15 and was true to size, tilting to the smaller size. Solid firm platform, attractive and not aesthetically overwhelming for a size 15. Wished it had a tad more cushioning but satisfactory.

The toe turned up and they hurt my toes.

Zappos was great! Drew shoe is a great shoe also, felt slightly bigger than sized in width in particular.
