Great looking throw-back style! Shoes are comfortable but had to go up a half size.

They're not as comfortable as I would've liked, but they're stylish and sporty, so you can wear them with jeans or to the gym.

These shoes are oddly shaped. They're long and narrow, especially in the toe area where they should be wider. My toes were squished together. The fabric is also puffy on top in the toe area. My feet looked and felt like sausages. I like the style and color combo but have to return.

This shoe is a half size to a full size smaller than marked. And it is incredible NARROW.

I loved the Cortez shoes released in 2011, but the 2012s are different and I'm not as pleased. They fit the same, but there are subtle changes. The toe is much pointier and pinched looking than last year, which was more blunt. The width of the tread is narrower which makes the upper shoe portion bulge out (you can see it in the photos). And, the heel was slightly upturned last year this year the shoe is absolutely flat across the bottom. Not quite diggin' the style changes this year. I still buy 4-5 pairs in different colors to rotate through during the year because it's still the perfect casual shoe.

As soon as I saw these kick's I just had to have them in a bad way. It took me right back to high school days when I bought them, every where I went all I saw were people's faces go right down to look at my Nike's. I have worn only Nike Cortez since...1979, now here I am still wearing Cortez at 46 years old with five son's of my own. I have been trying to get them to wear them but they say, it's just not my thing. What the heck does this mean? Lol. And lastly, let's hear it for Zappos. They got these right to me the very next day. Who does this these days? Zappos that's who. I just love my Cortez sneakers and will continue to wear them till I die. Lol. Get a pair your self and you'll see where I'm coming from.

This is an awesome pair of shoes. I have had them for a couple of months now and they are holding up great. I Love the way the shoes look and they are extremely comfortable, but just like all the other reviews said they run a whole size too small. I got a full size bigger than what I normally wear based on the other reviews and they fit perfectly. A lot of the other reviews said they were too narrow, but I have not had a problem with that at all. Like always I received great service from Zappos and had the shoes at my door the day after I ordered them.

I ordered the black/white ones which appear to be the older version of the Cortez. Unfortunately, the bottom foam sole began to tear within a couple days of use and the nylon has been showing signs of burns as I sometimes drag my feet to dance. Comfort wise, the shoe is amazing, and it looks great as well. Quality wise (at least for the black and grey ones) is a no. Order a half size up as well.

I normally wear a size 9 in Nikes, but I order a half size up to 9.5. other reviewers are correct that they seem to run small, so thanks for the heads up everyone! I've been wearing these for about 3 weeks now and they're holding up, especially for a nylon upper. They do seem a bit narrow, so if you have wide feet, you may be a bit uncomfortable.

I've always had Cortez shoes, they are wonderful all around. As for the zappos service I'd have to say they are wonderful as well. Free next day shipping, reasonably priced cant beat it.

Looked ever where for these classic shoes. I loved them then love them now. Run small so like everyone said get a half or even full size bigger. Best shoes ever. I absolutely love Zappos policy - hard to beat. Turbo free shipping!

Perfect casual shoe. I was looking for a basic but comfortable shoe for work as I am required to stand for long periods of time. I found it with this shoe. The sole is flat and cushioned so most feet adjust well.

These are just as comfortable as I remember. I put them on, and instant comfort. I did order a half size larger than I normally wear, and they fit perfectly (wear 11, ordered 11.5 US). The look great, feel great, and I love them! My feet are pretty wide and I had to loosen the laces a bit, so they are pretty short. Got them tied though. I can't say again how comfortable these are.

I remember the old 70's version and wanted to try these bad boys out at a sweet price point. I am super happy! They are so comfortable and look great. Everyone talking about sizing but mine were true to size.

Love these shoes! I usually wear a women's 8 and I got the men's size 7 and they fit perfectly! The shoes are narrow. I have a pretty thin and long foot and these fit me just right in width.

These shoe are amazingly comfortable. It wear them at work & feel honestly as if I have nothing on my feet. And they seem to help me stand better which in return help's my with my Back. Thank You NIKE!!

Although I am a woman, I have ordered man's shoes before in Nike and Adidas and I had to go 2 sizes up with these shoes! When I finally got my correct size I loved the shoes. The inside is soft and warm and I like the style a lot.

I was very pleased with the product, it was exactly what it said it would be, how easy it was to order, and how quickly I received my order! Will definitely order from Zappos again!

I liked the vintage look very comfortable for walking not a modern day running shoe. Classic style fit true to size.

These are very confortable and good looking, these are my current favorite sneakers. However a little comment: I am usually good with size 12 in Nike so I bought these in 12, however they feel very slightly tight, like I needed a 12½. Also the material is not the sturdiest so I think they will not last as long as the usual Nike sneaker. But overall I am very happy with them.

Love the styling but I agree that the fit is somewhat odd. A wide looking shoe with a tighter than expected fit in the toe area. Probably more of a fashion sneaker than one you'd want to wear all day.
