Usually the Zappos reviews are fairly spot on with the sizing, but everyone's foot is different. This style of Earthies is a tad bit short (I am a 7½ or 38 Euro) with a wide foot. Other Earthies that I purchased (Larissa) were spot on for fit. These are te shoes, but I was worried because my heel hung over the edge. I would order up a size if your shoe size is a bit on the border.

I so wanted to love these shoes, but I'm returning them. Cute style, great footbed, but after 1 hour of wearing around the house my little toe was throbbing. Maybe if they came in wide widths, or size 10 1/2, they might have worked.

I'm in love with this shoe. Fabulous support, cute, hugs my foot and stable without being hard. Top of the shoe width is fine but the cupped footbed is a bit narrow. I'm still trying these out on carpet to make sure the edges of the footbed relax and remain comfortable after extended wear. So far they're great and if I can wear them for days at a time, will be worth every cent. Having big flat feet, this is the first time in 4 years I've had sandals that looked and felt great. Hope they make some styles where the footbed doesn't have such pronounced edges.

Runs small. The raised edge of the sole around the toe seems a bit frumpy. Good arch support.

This shoe is adorable, and the size/fit was just right. But the sole is very hard and has rather sharp edges that cradle the foot. If this hit at the right spot it might be great, but on my foot it was downright painful.

Very poor workmanship and expected quality when paying this price. Have ordered these twice and both times leather was missing on the heels. Earthies apparently isn't inspecting/caring about their quality. Shame on them!

Wow, a shoe with too much arch support. I'm normally an 8 1/2 in Clarks and Gentle Souls, and 39 in Birkenstock and Pikolinos. However, the 8 1/2 in Earthies was way too short and too tight. The arch was also way too high, and I normally like arch support. Maybe the 9 would have fit me better, but I like my Gentle Souls shoes better.

Love these shoes. They are nice looking with dresses, skirts, or pants. I have a rather wide foot and these sometimes pinch just a bit. That is common for me with lots of shoes. The support is such that you can stand in them for long periods without discomfort.

I really love the Sienna. It is fashionable but comfortable, a winning combination for me. I usually wear 8.5 and ordered the 9 which fit well. My feet are usually a little wide for a medium and too narrow for a wide shoe. So these worked out well.

Most comfortable shoe ever! Yes, it does have high arch support but i need that! This is a shoe I can wear without an orthotic and it is totaly comfortable and cute! I got this sle in two colors because it was such a winnr.

I really like these shoes. They are well-made and fashionable. The Earthies arch support is unique and works well for me, making it possible to stand on my feet for hours comfortably because my weight is distributed over the whole foot instead of just the ball of the foot like in other shoes. This is my second pair of Earthies, but will probably not be my last. The heel height is comfortable. I wish some other styles offered by Zappos had this slightly lower heel. I also would like other styles and colors to choose from. I also like that Zappos price was so much less than my local shoe store for this shoe!

I usually hate high heels but these are very comfortable. I wanted some extra height because I am short and this provides this. There is good arch support, though usually arch support is farther forward in shoe, but this arch support is very comfortable. These look nice.

These shoes are wonderful. They are so well made, and so comfortable. Because of the highly cushioned foot bed it took me a few tries before I was able to accurately assess the fit of the shoe. I kept trying it on until the foot bed gave enough that my foot could actually move forward in the shoe. (Initially the shoe felt too small; I almost sent it back for a larger size but realized a larger size would be too long for my foot.) Anyone who loves the look of this shoe should just keep trying it on allowing the footbed to relax. The leather in this shoe is so nice and the workmanship is outstanding. I will buy a another color soon. The arch support is unrivaled by any shoe I have previously owned.

I always have problems getting shoes to fit and I tried 2 sizes and finally got it right. I am very happy with this shoe and have just ordered it in another color. The arch support is super and some may find it takes a while to get used to but it pays off in the end. Very comfortable!

Once the shoes were broken-in, they were extremely comfortable -- walked all over Rome for two days. Great combination of style and comfort. However, the shoes are a little on the narrow side so because the footbed is a bit hard, these may not be too comfortable for those with wide feet.

I love these shoes and they are very, very comfortable. Every time I wear them I get so many compliments. They are easy to walk in and look great with skirts, dresses and slacks. A little on the expensive side but worth the money.

The Earthies Sienna shoe is one of the more comfortable shoes I have purchased. If you need to wear dress shoes, this brand would be the one. I can wear these all day with comfort. A bit pricey, but worth it. I did go up a half size. I would consider buying another style to add to mix. Thanks Zappos!

Love these shoes! They are as comfortable and they are good looking. They look great with everything too. I have another pair of Earthies that I love just as much! Zappos is awesome!

I loved these shoes! I had to send them back as they were a little too small for me. I usually wear a 5.5 but these shoes seemed small. They were cute and well made so I was sad to return them.

These shoes are extremely comfortable and don't look clunky like some shoes made for comfort can. The arch support takes a little getting used to but only one wearing will convince you to buy another pair of Earthies!

A really nice looking shoe that is beautifully made with soft leather. Unfortunately it didn't come close to fitting comfortably because of the very high instep. What a shame!

Love! I'm going to order another pair before the summer is up because I wear them every day! I decided one half size up was better for me, though.

Fabulous shoes, they were comfortable from day 1. True to size and cute to beat!
