I was so thrilled that these cute shoes fit my very wide Fred Flintstone feet and were comfortable immediately. I ordered a 9 extra wide and there was a little extra room length wise. I would probably get a half size smaller but that size was sold out. I love these shoes and have already worn them many times for long days teaching school.

These are beautiful shoes, well made and very comfortable. The length is true to size (I am 8.5N) but the width is slightly wider than, say, Trotters 8.5N. A lovely-looking shoe and the colour is pictured accurately.

I use these shoes for work, they are very comfortable. I have very wide feet and they fit perfectly. It is hard to find loafer style shoes in navy blue. I stand on my feet all day.

Nice, light, comfortable; I would like to see more of a variety. Maybe just a touch larger, I have to see after wearing them.

These are so comfortable! I bought them in the reptile print and I love them. They were comfortable right out of the box. The sole is nice and cushioned so my feet don't hurt at all in these even after a day of work. These are great for wide feet. the only issue I have with them is that they don't breathe very well so I definitely recommend wearing them with some trouser socks.

These shoes are so comfortable. I bought them for a forthcoming trip. Very soft. I have a very narrow foot and still wish they were even more narrow. That is okay as I will wear thin socks sometime.

After wearing out my first pair in black, I bought three more pairs in different colors. VERY comfortable shoes and perfect fit for a wide, hard-to-fit foot.

I am more than pleased with my purchase of Easy Spirit Abide 8! As soon as I put my feet in them, there was no question of keeping them. They felt good immediately and have not changed since I've been wearing them. I'm extremely happy with them!

Very comfortable and a little more stylish with the varied leathers. Although I bought the same brand in 7.5,in black crackle, this 7.5 in bronze had to be exchanged for size 7.

Very soft and comfy. Wished it had just a little more cushion, and then it would be a perfect shoe. Very true to size.

Love these shoes--have worn out and plan to reorder in multiple colors. Super wide foot and this was a great fit. I work multiple jobs, travel extensively and these are the perfect look and fit.

Here's what this shoe is: very comfortable and easy to wear; a "comfort shoe". Here's what it's not: the most stylish shoe around. (Sort of your father's Hush Puppy updated.) Yet, it IS what I wanted. A very comfortable and not too odd looking shoe to slip on rush out the door to take care of business. A step up from wearing a tennis shoe with jeans.

My daughter's co-worker said she bought all her family's shoes at Zappos, so I decided to give it a try. It was an easy process and the customer service is the best I have ever encountered. My shoes were too big and I called to find out how long after I returned (they made the return easy too) the shoes would I get my new ones. The rep said, oh...next day! Talk about trusting the customer. I am a new and loyal customer. I wouldn't shop for shoes any place else. Customer service is awesome and do I feel special!

still breaking them in. Leather should soon conform to my feet.

I normally need an 8W. Returning because it runs large. Heel was loose. Width was good. Easy to slip into.

Fit well and very comfortable, but the style is just not for me. I have to at least try for something a bit more stylish.

I'm so old that I remember when shoes had a separate width for the heel area. That is lacking today. Putting in heel grips help, but maybe 2 will be better.

The style is cute for jeans or khakis. Returning the pair because the shoe gaps around my foot which is unattractive.

I Liked these shoes. However, The left heel did not fit properly. Foot slides when I tried the shoes. The Right shoe fits just right. Unfortunately, I have to return them. Hey Zappos, I have read a lot of your reviews.. and seems many customers have the same problem with the heel part of the shoe not fitting properly. Maybe you can let the manufacturer know about this problem.

Size and fit are perfect, but there is something on the inside, by the toe area that is uncomfortable. Feels like little bumps. Sending them back.

the problem is the 7.5 in medium width was too tight but the wide gapes with each step, I ended up with an 8 medium so it wouldn't gape at the sides even though its a little long but wearable. the 7.5 length was ok in a wide but in a medium the toe area pinched. for the price it should have a better sizing.

Just what I was looking for; a closed toe shoe to wear with capris. I love the contoured heel feature which prevents the heel from lifting out of the shoe.

The shoe is a little big. But I am going to keep and just put an insert in to hopefully remedy.

Shoe is lovely. Comfy and stylish. I'm not the kind of person to cripple my feet for style, so I was very satisfied with this shoe. My only complaint would be that one shoe came a bit more 'wrinkled' than the other. But it's still pretty.
