I ordered the shoe in a narrow, and it was too wide--especially at the heel.

I never usually leave reviews, but I felt that it was definitely necessary to leave one for these shoes. I absolutely love these. I am 26 and on my feet all day working in IT. My feet usually are swollen and sore by the end of the day. Not anymore! I saw these on a lady working in J.Crew and she told me the brand and how comfy they were. I literally left the store, and bought these from my iPhone. I have a really tough time finding shoes for work. I have small feet but I need to buy wide shoes because of my bunions. I almost never ever find work appropriate shoes that are comfy and cute (emphasis on cute because most shoes that come in wide width look like they are made from Grandparents). I wore these to work and immediately got compliments on how cute these are - I am thrilled! Thank you, as always, Zappos! Please keep these shoes in stock!

These are the most comfortable work shoes ever! They aren't the most attractive shoes ever made, but they aren't the ugliest! They are worth owning for comfort alone, especially if you're on your feet all day at work. Perfect for a wide foot.

These are the perfect shoes for autumn in New England. They are wonderfully soft and comfortable. Look great with all of the fall fashions.

These shoes were a big disappointment. They are uncomfortable and provide no arch support. Easy Spirit has really slipped in quality! From now on, I will stick with Clarks, which are more expensive but worth the price.

These shoes slip on as comfortably as slippers, then provide sturdy support like a lace-up shoe and cushioning like a running shoe. I bought one pair in navy and now I'm going to buy them in other colors too. The cushioning is what makes them wonderful.

These are nice,comfortable, casual loafers, but they are a bit too big. I am looking for casual loafers to wear with jeans and the other pair I ordered from Zappos fit perfectly. Thank goodness that Zappos has so many shoes in size 5 or 5½. The nearest store with my size is 90 minutes away and they can not match Zappos' selection. Returning these shoes are so easy. The only shoes I buy are from Zappos. I do not bother with stores anymore.

I was more comfortable with half a size smaller than I usually wear. As always, Zappos did a wonderful job.

I got these shoes for my mom and she loves them. It's difficult to find shoes that fit her right because her feet are wide and chunky; but I found the place to get her comfy shoes.

So soft and comfortable. They stretch for that reason so keep that in mind with width.

I absolutely love these shoes! I have not had a pair of favorite loafers in awhile until these. There is no break in period. They are comfortable from day one. I like them so much that I bought another pair for when these wear out in case they are not for sale then. I have very narrow feet and these do not slip on the heel.

I am very pleased with this shoe. It is soft and giving material with some arch support. I have problem feet and have been able to wear these for several hours without pain. I wear a wide and these felt true to my size.

I first purchased these shoes in black and loved them so bought the brown as well. They have a snug fit but do stretch a bit over time so they are very comfortable. I have worn them being on my feet for 12 hours several days in a row and my feet always feel great!

I like these shoes a lot! Though I marked true to size re width, I don't think they are as narrow as expected them to be, but they fit well with socks. They are comfortable and I've had a lot of compliments on them.

I love these shoes! I couldn't agree more with the reviews I read before I purchased these shoes when loyal customers said "no break-in required!"
