These shoes are absolutely hot for a stylish kid But I failed to look at the reviews to see that the size was larger than normal. My son was going to wear them to his fathers and my wedding but unfortunately could not. That was my fault having him try them on the night before !! The shoes are beautifully made and would have been a perfect match to his dads loafers. I usually read reviews but again too busy to do that his time.. Great shoe but get a size smaller !!!

I started with size 6 1/2 that I normally take in a Big Kids loafer. TOO BIG! Then ordered size 5 1/2. STILL TOO BIG. I am going to give it one more shot with size 5! You can tell that these shoes have been returned several times. Come in generic boxes and most of the wrapping and stuffing is missing that you normally get in new shoes. Zappos has always been excellent wth returns. (Over 30 year customer)

great looking shoe..went down 1 ½ sizes and the shoe was still too big! not sure whats going on with sizing..but way off. unfortunately, I ended up returning.

I tried this shoe twice for my son. Both times the stitching came undone after a short amount of time. It looks and felt great, but just not quality.

The sizing for these shoes is way off! My son wears a 5 and because of the reviews I ordered a 4½. He could have worn a 3½. That was a waste of time and effort. They also do not look to be worth this price. They are cheap looking.

I wish I could recommend this shoe as I have bought it twice for my son. The first time, it fell apart within a week. On the chance it was a fluke, we got another pair (Zappos replaced the first pair no questions with great customer service!). After a couple months of wear, the same thing happened again. The string binding comes apart and the top of the shoe comes off. Would love to buy again because the style and comfort are there, but the craftsmanship is quite poor.

this is the second time I have ordered these shoes for my son. the size is mismarked. the US size says 6 1/2 but European is 39 which is not a 6 1/2 so we keep getting size too big
