I bought the exact same shoes several years ago and loved it. Most comfortable high heels I have ever worn. So when they were getting worn out, I wanted to buy another pair. However, I bought the same size as before, but it felt much narrower than my previous one. So I ordered the same size, but in wide. The wide was great for me in the toebox area, but the ankle strap was too large. I couldn't tighten the ankle strap any more because the velcro didn't go that far. Also, I didn't feel as much cushion on the ball of my feet like my previous pair. Sadly, I must move on to a different style, but I will stick with Naturalizer for now for heels.

I was hoping to love these shoes; however, when I tried them on my little right toe stuck out of the strap. Weird. Sadly, I had to return the shoes.

Loved the look of these shoes, very classy and just the right height. I did order the wide version and wore them several days to try and help break them in before a wedding, but they were still narrow and stiff. Not an "all night" kind of shoe as far as comfort is concerned. I did like the adjustable strap in the back but beware that the "velcro" part will catch on a long dress if it hits in that area.

Hi, I wear an 11 narrow and there was quite a bit of space between the top of the shoe and the top of my foot. However, the style is amazing. Sadly cannot keep as my foot is sliding around in them (even being the narrow size). Us gals that have long narrow feet need more shoes styled just like this, but that fit!

Great looking shoe! Unfortunately they pinched my toes. Wish they could have worked out for me.

The heel height is good for long wearing but it was not as comfortable as I had hoped. I need them for a special event and will need to be in the show for 8+ hours and it was not comfortable.

These were comfortable at first and fit my wide foot; however, after I wore them in the house for ten minutes my foot began to slide and the way it is designed, the straps never laid flat on my foot. They were always buckling or gapping. Wanted them to work, but sent them back.

Bought the wide as I usually buy wide for other shoes but this one turned out to be too wide and my feet were slipping out in front. I returned them but I might go back and buy the medium because it feels like it can be comfortable if you find the right size. My shoe hunt continues.

Very pretty shoes but not as comfortable as other Naturalizers I've had. It rubbed a blister on my pinky toe the 1st day I wore them - they will have to go back which makes me sad b/c they are so pretty.

I normally wear a B width but decided to order these a bit wider in a W. The shoes are so narrow that my little toe won't fit in the strap. These are even narrower than a B width and are marked W width. Too bad because the shoe is very attractive.

This shoe would have worked if the straps had a knit lining and the sole was soft fabric instead of vinyl - as they are, in summer they make your feet sweat and the straps leave marks on the top of your foot. Too bad, they are very sexy-looking.

I had such high hopes for these heels... but sadly I was let down. I have wide, flat feet. I ordered the wide width, which in most shoes gives me a roomy fit, but in these I couldn't even get them on! It was like I was trying to put on a shoe that was 3 sizes too small. Guess I will keep searching for a black strappy heel I like that I can wear on my trip to Vegas.
