Great looking shoe! The shoe was too wide for me. I have very narrow feet. Wish Naturalizer would make AAA size again.

These are very comfortable, especially for work. Would be a little better if the closure wasn't velcro (which can buckle a little- no pun). Buckle would make a nicer shoe. But keeping and very happy with them.

First off I have a very narrow foot (7SS) and have a hard time finding shoes. I selected this shoe and purchased it in three colors one year ago. I was generally satisfied with the shoe upon purchase. The Velcro strap is generally helpful and allowed me to "tighten up" the shoe but the strap does have a tendency to catch on trouser fabric. I wore my black smooth leather pair for one spring/summer season and by season's end, the material at the heel was coming apart and had numerous nicks and scuff marks. If you are expecting to wear this shoe regularly and expect it to last for more than a season, I would not recommend purchasing the shoe.

I ordered this shoe in a narrow width, but it's still a bit wide. I could have used the 91/2 for length, but it was way too wide. The 9 was not quite the length I wanted, but was narrow enough to work. Cute style. Waiting for warmer weather to wear them. FYI, the sole does not flex.

The first day I wore this shoe it was incredibly painful. The straps were cutting into the front of my foot. I was regretting that I bought it, and I knew I could not return it because it was already worn. I almost gave it to charity. However, I'm glad I didn't. One day I was desperate to wear a lighter colored high heel shoe, and didn't have any others. I took a risk, but brought a backup pair of flats with me. To my surprise, it wasn't so uncomfortable any more. I suppose I broke it in the first day. The straps are still a bit snug, but at least I don't have blisters and cuts on my feet. The pain really came from the straps across the front of the foot and not elsewhere. I don't have arch pain, in fact the rest of the shoe is quite comfortable. I've have worn these shoes quite a bit since.

These shoes are very comfortable for a high heel. The strap around the ankle is a bit wide for me but I am willing to overlook that for the comfort of the shoe.

These shoes require breaking in. And even after they're broken in, they still hurt after about 4 hours. The Velcro back strap snags the bottom of my pants. Despite these flaws, I still like these shoes.
