I was introduced to the Milano by a co-worker in 1984. I purchased a pair and fell in love with the material, the style and the comfort. I wore them daily to work and on occasion the weekends. I have been retired 20 years now and still buy them when I need a pair of good lookin, good feeling shoes,

Florsheim is his favorite place to get these shoes , they are comfortable and durable and a nice looking shoe.

I've worn the Florsheim Riva for years and they've been the most comfortable shoes I've ever had, hands down, each pair lasting at least 2 full years. Unfortunately the last pair started to fall apart after being worn for less than one year. As a teacher, I only wear them at school, changing to my casual shoes at the end of the day before heading home. I decided to give Florsheim one more chance and purchased their Milan shoes online. As always it was a perfect fit with all day comfort right out of the box. I'm hoping the previous pair was a "factory defect" and I can continue to rely on the Florsheim brand for my professional footwear.

The shoes are great just didn't have the size I wanted 91/2 wide. They fit really good only a little time other than that just fine. Want brown next time I order. Hopefully I can get 91/2 Wide

These shoes are comfortable. Smooth and comfortable right out of the box.

Very nice shoe, very comfortable and soft inside. Easy to put on and remove the shoes. Good value for the money.

Heel tore apart when I first tried them on. Waiting on replacement pair.

This Milano shoes is part of 2 shoes I ordered, same size. But I cannot even insert my feet into the shoes. So I returned it as it is not my fault. But I was charged $10 for my return and my refund did not even include the state tax..

Not what I thought they would be.

I've bought these shoes before in 3E wide with no problems. I usually get 10-1/2 3E wide. I purchased 3 pairs in a year 2024 and all 3 is narrow. I had to buy a shoe stretcher.

I don't understand how two pairs of the same shoes can be so different. The old pair I am using now is fine. The new pair I just bought is squeezing my little toe. They need more consistency.

This shoe purchased a few years ago is different This shoe is much narrower than the same shoe previously purchased. Great disappointment

These are eerily similar to the como model, which were not the quality I expected. They may be ok for some but not my taste.

Lovely to look at but not even close to the size specification. It was impossible to force my foot into this shoe, which I ordered at identical size of my existing pair of "Riva" which I love. So I returned them for a credit and purchased another pair of the Riva style instead. Customer service was excellent and I received a prompt refund as promised. I would buy from Florsheim online again (In fact, I just did!).

Not a comfortable shoe and has an awkward sole

I have worn an 11 1/2 D for 50 years. That is what I ordered and I could not get them on y feet. I returned them.

My second pair of Florsheim shoes, the sole came apart on the first pair. I didn't think too much about it, maybe even it was my fault. I bought a second pair. These are used for dress not every day. It had rained and the sidewalk was wet. The soles, the heel, which are all one piece disengaged. It was like the base of the shoe had a cardboard base with a nice plastic covering. As soon as it came in contact with any dampness it totally disintegrated. Im keeping these shoes for evidence.

The soles of both shoes have literally started to disintegrate! the center material is falling apart, and the sole edge is splitting and cracking. They have always been taken care of and not subjected to harsh environments.

These shoes run about 3-5 sizes too small... shoes did not even come close to fitting my foot.

Listed and inscribed with 8.5. Was more like a 7. Return policy very good and easy to navigate.

Painful to wear. Too late to return

My shoe was old and I wore it today for a more formal occasion. I like the style and the fit. When I returned to the airport , half of the left sole fell off. There were black bits on the floor like ground coffee. Not a worn sole or heel but total disintegration. Odd.
