This wallet is to die for. It is very spaciaout and has plenty of room for all your creddit cards, identificaton cards, et. I would highly suggest buying this wallet in whatever pattern. You cant go wrong!

I actually don't use this as a pill case...I put my small items in the shell part, like nail clippers, measuring tape, bandaids, etc. I use the pill insert at home.

Still getting used to the layout of a new wallet, but I love this one!
