I have a pair of these in a different color that I bought a couple of years ago and they are still my favorite pair. So comfortable and cute! This second pair I bought in black fit me length wise fine but they are super tight on my foot and uncomfortable, even digging into my foot. I’ve already worn them as it was one of those things that you didn’t know until you wore them out. I’m not sure if this is a quality control issue or if these shoes are just made that way now?

I have worn Size 7 Cobian Flipflops for 3 years and always found them comfortable. This year, I bought the Black Cobian Braided Bounce, Size 7 as usual. I could not get my foot into it. My heel was actually hanging off the end of the flipflop. The thong also seemed to be farther back from the front of the flipflop, causing my heel to hang off the end. I returned the Cobian Braided Bounce and purchased three more Cobian Braided Bounce Flipflops, size 8 instead of my usual size 7. The Size 8 was just way too big and I returned all three Cobians. I am very disappointed. I wish there was a size 7 1/2 that I could try. I love Zappos and will definitely look around for a different sandal this year.

I have always worn cobian sandals but these felt really small and rubbed weird on my foot. I exchanged for a different style.

I do agree with these having a very squishy sole; however, it didn't work for my foot. I actually found there to be too much arch support and not enough heel support, which felt a little off balance. The toe strap was also a disappointment. I'm always looking for flip flops that are comfortable between the toes, and fabric ones are generally in that category, but not these. They were actually just as uncomfortable and painful as the firm leather kind. I think it's because the ribbon is just too wide and/or too thick and in the end there is not enough give. So, although I had pretty high hopes for these based on the picture and description, I am returning them

After reading all the glowing reviews on these, I ordered them and wore them running errands for one morning. They squeaked the whole time. I couldn't stand it. I do not want to be walking around announcing my presence. These have to go back. Although the footbed was soft and comfy, I did not quite like the thickness. I felt too low to be a comfortable platform feeling, but too high to feel like I might not trip at any moment.

I have ordered two pairs of the Cobian Braided Bounce from Zappos. Last season, I ordered my first pair in Natural -- they have been fantastic! The soles were like walking on marshmallows and they are still in pretty good shape. It took months before my feet had worn foot-shaped depressions in them, and their cushy-ness was only slightly lessened over time. I loved them so much, I wanted another pair in a different color for this summer, so a month ago I order them in Cream. DIFFERENT story with the Cobain Braided Bounce in Cream. First of all, the sole was not quite as thick as with the Natural, it was a bit thinner. The marshmallowness immediately began to compact, and after just a few days foot imprints began to show in them. I've now had them a month, and they are quite noticeably LESS cushiony than my old pair in Natural from last summer! Boo! I am disappointed. Bottom line: The first pair in Natural were and are awesome and represent a quality product at a very good value. The second pair? Not so much. I feel cheated.

The toe strap didn't hit me in the right place. It didn't allow my foot to slide forward enough causing to much toe room and not enough heel room. Man made braided strap looked cheap. Soles were soft and comfortable.

This shoe was cut extremely small. Very cute but extremely small.

These flip flops were a true size 6. Unfortunately I wear a size 7. This purchased completed a total of 100 dollars wasted trying to get flips that fit?

So glad I didn't spend a lot on these shoes. I read the reviews, one in particular saying that the shoes were bought to wear for a trip to Vietnam and they were so comfortable. We were going to Vietnam, so I wanted a stylish but comfortable shoe. Should have left them in Vietnam, but now they're going to the local thrift shop. SO uncomfortable to walk in these shoes.
