These shoes are super cute and fit well. They are true to size and I wear a narrow 8. My only complaint is a minor one in that the holes for the buckles do not match in position. So one shoe is buckled on the second hole and the other is buckled on the first hole. Other than that, they are comfortable and go with just about everything.

I got these after looking at the Alex by Stuart Weitzman. Although they are nearly identical you can see the slight difference in quality and feel the moderate difference in comfort. The Alex is more comfortable at the toe strap because the leather is softer and doesn't pinch. Despite the slight compromise I am glad I went with these as the price difference is substantial and I will only wear these for one season. Hope this helps.

Great knock off of SW, but the front is a little wide; had to add an foot pad. Absolutely no issues with the ankle strap though, and I have very small ankles. Getting lots of compliments from people assuming they're the real thing!

I'm so glad I got the Steve Madden's instead of the S. W's. These babies are high. I'm used to wearing 3inch heels but that extra inch makes a difference. I can't imagine running around all day in this shoe but it sure makes your legs look great. It's an amazing looking shoe and I found it ran true to size. Well made/no complaints. It's me not the shoe. I will wear them for casual dinners with my husband and girls night out. Zappos is the best. I absolutely marvel at how quick the merchandise arrives. It feels as though I just hung up the phone & my shoes arrive. Crazy! Customer service is always polite and helpful.

Unfortunately have to return this shoe. It is a great looking shoe but the strap that goes across your lower foot was too wide for my feet. I think this is a great alternative to the SW shoe though for those with a bit wider foot.

A great comparison to a pricier brand. They are a bit narrow at front big toe on edge but not hanging over. I use slip stops and cushion pads to fix. Looking forward to wearing in the warm weather!

These sandals are very stylish. Made with good quality materials, at least they don't look cheap. Worth the price. The are high but really comfortable because of the wedge heel and a bit of height on the front so you don't feel like you've standing on your tip toes all night. I'll be wearing these with jean, skirts and many other outfits. Very versatile.

I wanted and tried on the Stuart Weitzman "Alex." Stomaching the financial outlay was just too much. This shoe is virtually identical in quality and fit - even in the length (or lack of in the ankle strap - if your ankles are thick at all, I'd look elsewhere). This much less? I bought 2 sizes to try and I'll send back one. This shoe will sell out soon. If you want it, buy it.

Super cute but one night out my feet were killing me. Strap being too tight or too loose is right. One notch was too tight, loosen it up a notch and then they were not secure enough. Unfortunately have not worn them since that painful night!

I love Steve Madden Shoes, but the strap around the ankle is just too tight! I've tried them on several times around the house and I just don't think I could wear them all day.

These shoes are really cute. Unfortunately, they are very narrow in the toe area. Also, the buckle hits me right where my ankle bone is making it very uncomfortable to walk.

These shoes are super cute! I do wish the straps were more in the same color range as the bottom part. I wore these from LAX airport to my hotel in Hawaii. Initially, they were comfortable. However, by the time I got to my hotel many hours later in the day and lots of airport walking, ouch! The insoles part has a seam that goes right on the ball part of your foot, just behind your toes. So I was getting a blister from the bottom of my foot rubbing against that all day. I did not wear them again the rest of the trip because my feet were still blistered. Suggest for wearing when you are not doing a lot of walking or only wearing for an hour or so.

Seemed to run small. Very high wedge for just one small strap in the front. Seemed like it would hurt, quick!

I love the look of this shoe. I tried on the SW version but just couldn't pull the trigger because it was so expensive. I purchased this and it's a great alternative at an even better price. Too bad I had to return it. Con: This shoe has such a high heel that I felt if my foot slipped or if I stepped out of my car wrong I would break my ankle. Sounds crazy because I have no issues with high heels but because of the way the ankle band wraps around your ankle it made feel uncomfortable.

Darling shoe, however if you have a narrow foot I don't recommend it. I had to return it becuase it was just too loose and my foot slid right through. Darn!

Cute shoe, but will have to return. The toe box is narrow but the band loose enough that my toes hang over the edge. Although the ankle strap was large enough for my ankles (buckled on next to last hole), it is small and could be a problem for some.

Horrible! I loved these online but once they arrived they are so uncomfortable they are unwearable. Not only does the height make them unstable, but they are so tight around the ankle I couldn't even buckle them. I'm also 5'6 and 135 pounds, I don't have thick ankles.

Cute, but a cheap copy of Stuart Weitzman Alex. The shoe is heavy and my foot slid forward when walking. I thought I could get away with a knockoff, but can't be done. I want to be comfortable as well as fashionable. However it is a great price.
