Great rain boot! I work at a college and needed something to walk across campus but didn't want Hunter because they're trendy with the students. These cost less and fit better. The brown is deep and dark, not rich. Logo is a nice touch - looks good. I haven't figured out how to make the side adjustment work but don't really need it for a rain boot.

I love these boots! They are identical to Hunters with one additional plus, they are made in Canada not China! Thus their quality is superior and they are half the price of Hunters.

Pros: - Made with quality materials. - They feel sturdy and like I'll be able to wear them for a while. - Nice style to them (defined ankle, tall, etc.). I also like the slight heel. - Comfortable to walk in, for the most part. Cons: - It's very difficult to get my foot in and out of the boot. Not sure if the sizes run small, but I struggle to get them on and off. - My pants don't always fit well into the boot like I had hoped. - Lining isn't really a soft nice lining. When your skin touches the lining it's still cold.

I love these boots. They look great, and they're true to size. I can wear medium thickness socks with them. My coworker admired them so much she just ordered some. The brown color is great. Rubbed a bit on one ankle the first two times I wore them, but that was with thin stockings.

This boot is so cute! Don't waste your money on Hunter boots when these are cuter and very well made. My calves are larger than most and they fit in these boots - skinny or boot cut jeans, leggings or tights. They are quite warm so bring shoes to wear at the office - if you are outside you'll be fine.

I'm so happy with my purchase! Almost every pair of shoes and boots I own is size 7, but I bought these Kamik boots in size 8, hoping that I could wear thick socks and boot liners for cold and snowy days. This seems to be perfect; the size 8 will be nice and snug with my winter add-ons. The material is so soft to the touch, and the soles do not leave marks on the floor. And I'm glad to say that the material does not give off a chemical smell. I usually have trouble pulling on knee high boots, but these are very easy to put on and remove. I bought them in green, and it's a beautiful hue that reminds me of an evergreen tree. The silver emblem on the sides makes these boots look very classy! My feet easily get irritated by footwear with bumps or ridges on the inside, but Kamik boots are sleek and smooth, so no worries there! The foot bed is very comfortable. I love the fact that Kamik is such an environmentally conscious company; these boots are 100% recyclable! And of course, Zappos is awesome! I can't believe how fast my order arrived!

Kamik Jennifer is a great Hunter Tall dupe! I have owned (and worn out) the Hunter Tall Original, but since I only use my rain boots for gardening, I decided to search for a less expensive option. I first tried the Bogs rain boot glitter, and while they are light - there is too little arch support for the hours I spend walking my garden. Next, I tried the Kamik in my normal size 9. They fit perfectly, but were too hard to pull. I exchanged them for a size 10, and they are PERFECT. They have decent arch support, don't rub on any part of my foot, and I can pull them off without wrenching my back and pulling a hamstring! If it turns out they have longevity, they will be the perfect rain boot.

Love these boots, very waterproof and not to tight around my leg yet hardly any space/gap between my calf and boot (what I wanted to not let water in), however they are very hard to get on and off! I’d say harder to get the boots off, takes a lot of strength and finagling!

Out of the box, they felt a little awkward to walk in. It seems that the little heel is just a tad too tall, and you tend to lead with your heel when you walk, it’s kinda hard to explain. If I had to walk a great distance, I’m not so sure these are the ones I would wear, but they look great. They are rather narrow at the top, so unless you’re wearing skinny jeans, don’t expect to tuck your jeans in. Also, they are not a quick on-and-off boot, it takes a little effort to squeeze your foot in.

I really like the fit of these boots. I have a narrower foot and these run narrow. The calf is also not that wide which helps, because I am 5'3", athletic build and 134lbs. My calves aren't very big. These boots are more tailored to a person who is petite, with narrow feet and small calves. The olive color is a nice contrast to my dark jeans and leggings.

I take a size 11 in order to make room for my orthotics, and I have thin legs and narrow feet. These boots looked great on cause they come up so high, but oh so hard to get on. I can't imagine anyone with "normal" or large ankles getting these boots on. Usually medium widths are a little wide on my but this was too snug. Very well made and not clunky looking - actually pretty stylish, but I returned them.

I lusted after hunters forever, then ended up hating how they fit me when I finally splurged! Then I tried these and they are ten times better and half the price. I am 5'2" with somewhat wide calves, size 7, and these fit really well. A little bit stiff on the ankles at first, but not bad.

Great rain boots! They are cute, comfortable, and you can tell they used quality materials. I would recommend ordering a half to full size larger - I usually wear a 7 or 7.5 and I initially ordered them in a 7 and they were way too small. Once I got them on they felt fine, but getting them on and off was extremely difficult and required another person! I returned those and went with the 8 and I am very happy with those!

I love these boots, I bought them for a trip to Ireland but a hurricane canceled those plans, I live in New Orleans, and never thought I would wear these boots as much as I have, it rains a lot here. I always get stopped in these by people asking me where I got them, or that they loved them. However, they do run tight in the calves, I do have thicker calves from running and these are almost too tight, I can still fit a pair of jeans on underneath though.

I got the black pair because I didn't want to shell out a ton of money for what is a heavy boot (Hunters). These boots are light, and the silver logo is cute. I'm sure they will do well in the rain, but I haven't had a chance to test them out. These are in fact narrow in the ankles, and I have small ankles and 14 inch calves, as well as being 5'9". My thin calves however make the calf opening an inch and a half too wide, so that when I walk the back of the boot smacks against my leg. This can be fixed by putting them over jeans or tights, I'm sure, and I doubt I'll ever be able to find a rain boot that is snug on me. Overall I'm happy with these, as I've seen places like DSW charge quite a bit more for rain boots that are hideous and clunky. These are simple and stylish, but probably more suited for those more average to slender in size (ie athletic calves beware).

Only had these for a couple weeks and wore them about 4-5 times. They keep the rain out and my feet surprisingly cozy, however since it is rubber there is not much breathing room but i can wear these barefoot and still be comfortable. One drawback--after my 2nd wear the buckle strap broke off! The stud popped off and is dangling sadly. Zappos Customer Service was great and sent me a replacement pair! Love these boots and they are stylish and come on great colors. A great deal if you don't want to shell out the this much for Hunters. I'm a 6.5 and ordered a 7 and have a little wiggle room--perfect for socks in the cooler weather.

This boot is wonderful - very stylish for a rainboot and comfortable. The price is right when compared to Hunter. I wear 8.5-9 so I bought size 9, fit perfectly. Sadly I have to return them because I have thick calves and it was just too snug. Will probably get the "Olivia" as they are slightly lower. Would totally recommend this boot though!

These are great looking rainboots! Sophisticated matte grey color. My only two complaint is the buckle doesn't function and I would have liked to been able to tighten the width at top. I also am looking for a rainboot with a bit more heel, not a wedge but just a bit more height.

I do like these boots. Very sturdy, looks like good quality, and they fit my rather narrow feet alright. In most rainboots I end up swimming around and with the calf looking like a little stick leg in the middle. These are a bit better. I use them at the stable, but they look just fine to use for other occasions too. I found that they were not rooomy enough to squeeze my orthotics into, in case you were planning on doing that. They work for me anyhow.

I'm a petite 5'2 and these are too tall for me. There's also a sizable gap at the top between my calf and the boot which my husband says makes the boots look too big for me. So I'll be returning these and trying the Kamik Olivia, which are about an inch shorter, but very similar to the Jennifers. Otherwise a really attractive, practical boot similar to Hunter boots, but for a fraction of the price.

I really like the boot, and it goes with a lot of my clothes. It is fun, lightweight and fits well. I don't like how it is hard to get off around my ankle.

I had been searching for a rain boot that wasn't plaid or decorated with print. I didn't want a flashy boot, but did want style. These are perfect. I have a narrow foot and these fit well without slipping, as so many others did. They have a higher end look, too, with the classic logo on the side. A good alternative for the Hunter boot lovers, without the price tag.

I decided I wanted a more "mature" rain boot and really enjoy the look of the boot. My only dislike of it is tightness around the calf so it's still a little difficult to take on and off.

These are really nice boots! Very durable and sturdy. I am a 7 1/2 and I ordered size 8 - they fit great. The only thing is if you have large/muscular calves (like me), the shaft of the boot will be tight when you try to put them on over jeans. They did fit eventually, but I found out that the buckle at the top is decorational and not functional. Other than that, I like these a lot.

This boot looks more expensive than it is. It is a little difficult to take off but otherwise love it. Very comfortable compared to other boots with little or no support. Would recommend these.
