Just what I needed for walking the dog in wet/muddy weather. I wear a size 11 and am 5'9" with athletic 15 1/2" calves. The 11 fits just a little roomy in the foot (perfect for thicker socks) and the calves fit just right over my skinny and straight leg jeans. Great functional boot, wish they came in a gloss finish or patterns....

These are beautiful and comfortable boots. I always get compliments on them. They are stylish and yet rugged enough to wear as "waders" in rivers or lakes. They also don't smell!

Very good cheaper alternative to Hunter boots. They fit well and have decent cushioning insoles inside, so they are comfortable to wear all day. I have athletic calves and they fit nicely. Like any tall rubber boot, they are a little tricky to get off my feet. I got them in black so I could wear them with nicer outfits and still look fancy at work. But I like them so much I think I'm going to get them in burgundy or blue for fun outfits on the weekends.

Great boots. I needed something to take with me for a visit back east. I didn't want heavy snow boots so I bought these and some heavy socks. Perfect. I have very thin legs and I wasn't swimming in them either. I had previously purchased Hunter boots for both of my daughters, but these are just as stylish and half the price.

Adore my new rain/snow boots. Reasonably warm for this nasty winter. Good fit allows me to wear extra heavy socks without the boots feeling too big when I'm just wearing a single layer. definitely recommend.

Do not even consider these if your feet are at all on the wide side. I had a lot of trouble getting them off!

These just arrived and I love them. I had also ordered the Elle style but returned them for two reasons: 1 because my calves didn't fit comfortably (I can run a 10k but could also use to use #10). But 2 returned them because the ankle was so stiff they would have been awkward to walk in anyway. Very excited about the Jennifer style.

I generally wear a half size so I tried on the size below (too snug) and the size above what I normally wear. The size above was a comfortable fit and had room to wear cozy socks on cold days. I look forward to Spring time puddles to jump in with these boots!

Absolutely awesome. Best wellies EVER. So much better than the Hunter pair I returned. I have slender legs, and the Hunters were way too big in the calf, ankle and foot especially. They wouldn't even stay on with thick socks. These Kamik boots are infinitely more fitted, way more comfortable in the foot bed, and for less than half the price. A fantastic find. I get compliments everywhere I go; even my husband says they're cool. Love, love, love!

These boots are my favorite rain boots! They are very nice looking. Just great in real! No problem with size! Love Zappos! Always easy to order!

Good-looking boot, hits almost at the knee (I'm 5'6"). The heel and sole are very sturdy and comfortable. The only downside is the tight instep. I got my regular size and the boot fits well in the foot but it is difficult to get my feet in/out when I wear thick wool socks.

Very happy with these boots. I was planning to get Hunters, but these Kamiks fit me better and they're half the price. I'm a solid size 9 and the Hunters (Huntress) size 9 felt and looked too loose (and a size down was too tight), especially around the ankles. The Kamiks are true to size and fit normally around the ankles. I have a wide calf, but these still fit well, not too tight. They've been great in the rain and snow so far. Highly recommend.

I have an unusually hard time finding boots that fit my calves (15.5" at the widest point). These actually fit - with jeans on - and I totally wasn't expecting them to! Comfortable, though I may add some cushion insoles later, and not as stiff as they may look.

I wanted a good pair of rain boots due to all of the snow and now melted ice that we are getting her in the Northeast. I also wanted them to be something I could wear to work and just hang out. These are perfect! They look just like Hunters without the price. Now I read a lot of reviews, I am 5.5 and my size is 7.5 so I got an 8. Perfect size the people at Zappos were very quick to send the boots got them in 2 days. Now the 8 I can wear with leggings and maybe somewhat normal pants but not too thick. The insoles have arch support but if you want a lot of arch you'll need extra support the 8 is roomy (I could wiggle my toes ) and had no rubber touching my ankle like other reviewers had said. Now when it comes to taking off even with an 8 you still have to tug a little nothing you can't do by yourself. Also very light and flexible without being too stiff. I also own a pair of Tretorn Reslig's and even those I have to tug a little to get off. Not a big deal. Love the boots. PS for the scuff marks there is rubber conditioner which maintains them.

I was a little nervous because I have wide feet and all the reviews said these were narrow, but I absolutely LOVE these boots!! Getting out of them is difficult as the ankle is very narrow, but that's part of the beauty of it. I had Hunters before this and they actually cracked at the ankle because they would bend when I walked. These do not do that and for that I am grateful. I love love love them. I've been wearing them in the snow and rain and my feet are always warm (again this was not true with the hunters). If you can get past the narrow ankle situation I know you'll love them too.

Love these boots. They are cheaper than Hunters but are of the same quality, look and fit. I love the color and fit. I bought a 7 and found them true to size though I don't like to wear larger sizes in rainboots for fear of my feet looking too large.

I love these boots! Some reviewers thought they were too narrow but I didn't have a problem with the width. I'm 5'5" (with short, muscular legs), so a lot of boots are too tall on me but these hit about 2 inches below my knee. And they're made in Canada!

I debated for weeks about buying these boots and, due to the mixed reviews regarding sizing, struggled the longest over what size to order. I was born club footed and although that was partially corrected by braces during my toddlerhood, I have struggled with flat feet and ankles that turn inward my entire life. This has resulted in wide feet. While I am a 9.5 in length, I am a wide width and because options are limited in half sizes and wide widths, I just order a 10 in most cases. Fortunately, in this case, I ordered an 11 in the Kamik Jennifer, or it would've ended up being sent back. Free returns are great, but I don't like waiting a full week in the middle of winter with a foot of snow on the ground for some much needed boots. I am completely happy with my size 11s. I will say, I have 14.5 inch calves and my right boot is very snug, so snug that I can only wear my skinniest of skinny jeans with these. All on all, these boots are a great height, very comfortable, lightweight, and flexible, provide warmth via the fact that they're rubber and therefore do not breathe, and are a great investment for the salt lined side walks and parking lots of the city in which I live. Rain boots: not just for mud, but snow and ice, too!

I love these rain boots! I'm 5'4", 125lbs with thin calves and they fit perfectly. I usually have trouble with any boot being too large around my calves, these were perfect for my smaller build. If you have larger calves, these boots will be too tight.

Love these boots! They're easy to put on, they're so comfortable to wear and it keeps you dry - especially with this wet winter we're all having. Kind of hard to get them off if you're not extremely flexible, but still worth figuring it out!

Very nice looking. My daughter told me they look cool on me. They are also very comfortable. I walked around New York City in them all day and felt much better than I usually do. The only thing is they are VERY HARD to pull off. I wish the interior was a little smoother.

I bought them for my 15 year old daughter who wanted a similar,pricier brand. They look just like them and were much more affordable. She loves them!

I was actually quite concerned that the boot wouldn't fit me based on a few of the reviews (and trust me when I say I understand the struggle of ladies with athletic calves). However, I was quite pleased to find that the boot did indeed fit, of course, I've only worn this with leggings, tights, and tight jeans (both skinny and regular cut) so I have yet to try it with bulkier but aside from that I find that the boots fit nicely and snug. Anyone who is interested in buying this should be aware that initially the boot was a tad difficult to get my foot around the bend (aka the ankle area) but you should rest assured that it goes away. I've only worn my boots a handful of times and I can now slip my boots on and off with ease (although they're still nicely snug). And yes, they do keep my feet comfortably warm. I'm always surprised (pleased) at how my feet aren't freezing considering how cold it is, and they don't get overly warm to the point of sweating excessively so I have yet to consider getting the long fleece socks for boots. In addition to athletic calves, I have also been blessed with chunky ankles and don't worry ladies you will be fine. There was also no breaking in period because the material is a nice, soft, flexible polymer (unlike my old boots which was made of rubber and still hurt a little after 4 years of ownership). I just wished the bottom was made of a squishy material, but that by not mean it's not comfortable (I wear them to work where I'm on my feet) and I wear thick socks with them so it's not a huge problem. PS. I'm 5'2 and they hit right below the knees; which I personally find much more flattering then the boots that cut off mid calf.

Comfortable, durable boots. The only thing I don't like about them is that they are made of that rubber that feels a little sticky (so when I take the boots off or on, my socks move as well).
