Nice boots. I have wide feet and have always been able to wear Keen boots right out of the box. These boots are narrow. I don't know what or why Keen changed but I wish go back to the way their boots were originally.They should also make the gusset go to the top of the boot. Very disappointed with Keen

These boots felt and looked great upon first wear. However, they did not stand up to the rigorous demands of the work that I do. Within two months of wear, pieces of the sole were flaking and falling off. Also, when the bottoms are wet, I can hear and feel air escaping the sole with each step. I still love Keen boots. I am returning these and have chosen a pair of Flint II soft toe boots. Hopefully those will hold up much better.

I buy these for my father every year as a gift. They are his favorite work boots because they are very comfortable and require no break in period. However they last him 1 year on the dot until they are completely falling apart- he is not doing crazy daily labor in these so I'm a bit disappointed in their very short lifespan.

Beware, not the same as old Pittsburgh boot, the toe box is narrower and there are now two instead of three lace hooks, which does not keep the boots snug or the laces tied. Keen, why did you have to change such great work boots?

Super comfortable shoe from the very first day. I can't brag enough on the comfort of these shoes. Being a Land Surveyor I use the shoes in the woods everyday. My only complaint was that the rubber soles were splitting and loosing small chunks all the time. Zappos was great in sending in a replacement pair in one day. The replacement pair seems to be holding up.

Looks like profits have finally come before quality on this brand! I have purchased a number if these boots and they have proved to be one of the best available until now. Changes from my last pair include thinner leather, poor finishing on the shoe tongue (used to be rather nice) and now sports rough stitching and a laces so thin I could cut vintage cheddar for my Thanksgiving dinner.... Keen needs to be aware of these penny pinching mods... or loose customers.

I was very happy when I first put on these boots, as they felt like a perfect fit, however after one day of working in them in wet grass I will be returning them. These boots are NOT waterproof as is stated by the manufacturer and other reviewers. My feet were wet within an hour, enough that I could wring water from my socks. If being waterproof is not important to you than these are very comfortable boots, but I cannot recommend them for wet conditions.

That boots weren't what I was expecting, and it is not waterproof!!!!! + the price is not relevant to the goods, so I'm frustrated by it

Great fit, excellent function, but the laces don't fit properly in the speed-eyelets, which caused the eyelets to break - terrible design!

These boots were at least 2 sizes smaller than I wear. I ordered a size 13 which I normally wear. These boots were so tight that I gave them to my son who wears a size 11 and they fit him snugly.

worst boot ever owned, blistered my heels three times, ( you cant get socks thick enough for these boots) Ive worn keens for years. Done with them now. these were expensive. I will wear them in the shop to try to recoup the money lost. but never will i hike in them again. they destroyed my heels!!

have had two pair of these shoes. Do not order them. Even though they fit well the workmanship is not good as the soles come apart after just a few months of wear.

This is my second pair of Keen Utility boots so I expected them to be as good or better than my last pair. Boy what a let down. They are worse than worthless, they can hurt you. The lace design will not under any circumstances keep the tongue inside the upper part of the boot. This results in zero ankle support. These "boots" are nothing more than heavy shoes. I have twisted my ankle twice, once to the point of needing ice. Don't bother with these if you need a good fit with ankle support.

Ordered 5 pairs of Keens. Will be returning 4 of them. I thought they were supposed to fit good? I actually ordered 2 pairs of these, both of which will be going back. 3 of the 4 boots of those two pairs had flaws in the manufacturing to make them so uncomfortable I could not imagine keeping them. Maybe it's just me, but I'll be sticking with Merrell. Not sure why I thought to try Keen.
