Fortunately & unfortunately I love and hate these shoes! I took them on a test run hiking up a waterfall in the creek bed, they had great traction but I had to stop every 5 minutes or so and fasten the velcro straps! Very frustrating when you're trying to hike! I wish the straps had a buckle or something more secure to hold them on your feet - if you are a serious hiker, I do not suggest this style. Who wants to have to stop every 20ft. to tie their shoe laces? It's quite a shame because they are by far the most comfortable water shoes I have ever worn! It feels like you're walking on a cloud!

Super cute on and nice support, but there were just a ton of little places where the rings for the straps are that feel like after long term wear would rub and blister.

A cute shoe, and I love Jambus. I have a pair I wore all over Europe, but these run small. I wear a 10, but these were too small - as others have noted, they probably run a half size small.

These shoes are weird! They do not cover the toes at all and the straps are far to thin and flimsy for active shoes. There is nothing that holds them to your feet.

I loved these shoes when they came out of the box, but as soon as I tried them on I realized I couldn't wear them. The little plastic loops attached to the sole that hold the straps cut right into the side of my foot. Too painful to keep. Sad, because they are way prettier than my Keens.

Truthfully, I'm not sure I would recommend this shoe. They are very cute and I wear them to work, but they are very difficult to get adjusted perfectly. Even though vie been wearing them about two weeks I'm still having trouble with the straps, which were so long that I had to cut and melt them when they first arrived. OK, for causal use, I wouldn't put them to the test of sports use! Regarding the question of sizing, I followed the reviews and ordered a 9 when I usually wear an 8 or 8.5. There feels like there is a bit of extra space in the toe, but I think if I'd ordered a size smaller they would have been too small. I guess that's just an inherent problem with ordering shoes on line!

Gave me blisters within 30 minutes of walking. Totally bummed because most comfy sandals are horrendous looking.

I love this shoe. It's adorable on. But the Velcro straps are so long, they drag on the floor and are too long to close the shoe correctly, so, unfortunately I have to return them. I'm really sad because I got them for my upcoming trip to India and they'd be perfect if they closed right.

Spare yourself the grief! I bought this shoe specifically for walking around streams and in the woods/jungle of Hawaii. This shoe is supposed to be able to perform well even when wet, but instead the velcro straps lost their stick completely, and my shoes remained unfastened for the remainder of my walk. Also, after wearing these shoes a couple of days the shoe stretched out to feel about a full size larger than the originally fit. Even after hand washing and air drying them carefully, the shoes did not fit properly, nor did the velcro stay fastened ever again. I was very disappointed in these shoes. I would recommend spending your money elsewhere if you are considering doing any serious walking around in these. If you do buy them, I would suggest avoiding water at all costs, don't wear them in the rain, or step in any puddles, or the whole shoe will warp and become unusable. It killed me to dump this pair of expensive sport shoes into the garbage can after only 2 uses! I wish I could get my money back!

The back strap dug into my achilles area from the moment I put them on. It's sad, they're great-looking, just not worth wearing band-aids to protect my skin from blisters. Also a bit snug around the toes.

I was looking for a shoe that would work hiking in Ecuador and also for exploring the shores of the Galapagos and these absolutely fit the bill. Extremely comfortable for all day wear and super cute. The soles are very sturdy and flexible and the straps make it cute as well. Extremely happy with this first purchase from Jambu. I will buy more.

I love these shoes enough to have them in two colors. Haven't used them as water shoes, but wear them constantly as my summer sandals. I gets lots of compliments on these shoes. They protect my toes while still being airy and cool.

I have terrible feet and my back aches at the end of a day if I wear cute but not sensible shoes. I find I can only wear Danskos, Chacos, Birks -- anything with a significant arch support. I got these and took a chance because they didn't feel incredibly supportive, but I really loved the style. I wore these nonstop on a two-week trek to the Costa Rican jungle - mud, rain, slick rocks, gravel trails - these little treasures held up, looked great, and I never had foot or back pain! I got tons of compliments. Another hidden feature is that they are excellent "around town" sandals in the summer, that can hide toes in need of a pedicure! The fact that they are vegan is a bonus. I just ordered a second pair of Jambu shoes because I love these so much. I got them in the green, and they are very versatile to match.

These are so cute and so comfortable. I walked all over a Disney World water park in them right after I bought them and had no issues at all. The only complaint I could make is that the ribbons are far too long. I do have a narrow foot but for me the ribbons nearly hit the ground on both sides of both shoes. This is more of an aesthetic issue than comfort or function though.

Cute and fit well but husband thinks they look too little girly. With so many other cute choices, finding a different pair is easy. If you're looking for something sporty yet girly, try these.

These were the most feminine water shoes I could find on the market and I loved them when I saw them.I bought these shoes right before a 2 week trip to Vietnam and lived in them the entire trip. The fit was true to size and they were extremely comfortable. My only complaint is that they occasionally felt sweaty on those 100 degree days with 100% humidity. A pair of thin socks took care of that issue. Love them!

Love my shoes. Comfortable and airy. Taking them to Italy with me soon. Dressy too...can wear them with anything. Will definitely buy again...just can't decide on which ones.

I receive so many compliments when I wear these sandals! I wore them for 5 days at Disney (lots of walking and standing) and feet were cool, comfortable and no blisters. I never wear sandals because I don't like having my toes exposed, so these are perfect. I should probably buy another pair before they sell out.

I love these but the only issue is they make the straps a little long but I was able to just fold them over and take a few stitches on the sewing machine and they are perfect now.

Love them! They are super cute and comfortable as well. Just what I expected. Shoe is pretty true to size. I have a narrow foot, and it fits just fine. There is velcro on both sides, so it can be adjusted to feet of different widths.

Love these shoes...can wear right out of the box...no breaking in. I have a wide foot and high arch and these shoes provide ample room!

These shoes are cute, comfortable, and fit great! I generally wear size 8 1/2 or 9, and the size 9 fits me well. They have the multi-sport look, yet the flowers on the straps make them a bit more feminine. Overall, a great shoe!

I highly recommend this shoe. Extremely comfortable. The foot bed is so soft and squishy with great support. Runs a little wide. I do agree the straps could be shorter for someone with a narrow foot this may not be the shoe for you. I am definitely ordering another pair.

I have a high instep and slightly wide forefoot, and the fit on this shoe is great. The straps allow for a comfortable, customized fit, and the arch support is very comfortable.
