I was attempting to find a shoe that would support my inside arch but would not cushion my feet to the point that I would be weakening my ankles. I tried on many expensive Nike, Asics, Saucony and Adidas brands and had almost settled with a pair of Asics when the sales associate asked me to try on the Biom Natural Motions. I took them for a run around the mall and was very pleased with the snug level of comfort, but i also felt as though I were not even wearing any shoes! They are quite light and make running a lot more enjoyable, and they support my arch as well as the pair of Asics I was assigned in BMT. I am very happy with my choice. The only downside is that you are more likely to smell a foot odor due to the mesh material. Otherwise the Biom Natural Motions were worth the money.

I am a big fan of Ecco shoes and after reading the Ecco website online info decided to order these and was ready to bite it on the cost. Comfy to me = worth the money. What a disappointment. I own several Ecco's and seems they are now much narrower. I'm usually a 9.5 and even tried a 10 and as comfy as the fabric is they still were too narrow, my feet were hanging over the side of the sole! They are constructed with quality materials, super comfy other than narrow. Good support and cushion but would fall under minimalist shoe. Color black with gray...ugly! Both sizes returned.

There is no doubt that these are extremely cool-looking trainers. They are sleek, and they project a hi-tech-modern appearance. However, as soon as I put them on and laced them up, my ankles started over-pronating -- almost as if the shoes themselves were guiding the ankles into kissing each other! I have four other brands of trainers -- Asics, Brooks, Merrell, and New Balance, and find them all to provide excellent heel spread in the sole, and proper containment of the ankle at the collar. I would say that ECCO has produced in Biom Natural Motion a fashion trainer that might suit some customers who want a walking shoe that is somewhat more stable, cushioned, and supportive than a fashion heel or flat, but I can't take the risk of an ankle twist or a tumble. Sorry, ECCO, I will be returning these.

I've been disappointed in these shoes. Although they look fine and felt comfortable at first, I've had to stop wearing them because I have hip pain after wearing them for an hour or so. Disappointing....
