I ordered this sweater in a size L for my husband. I also ordered the Dale of Norway 125 Anniversary sweater in the same size as well. Between the two sweaters, the Dale of Norway Blyfjell sweater is noticeably lighter in weight, and will have to be exchanged for an XL size. The colors/pattern on sweater are just beautiful, and the customer service at Zappos continues to be first-rate.

Fantastic quality. Truly beautiful. Runs VERY big - I'm a muscular but slim 6'2", 195lbs, and I am usually a large or large-tall, and sometimes an XL, but I sent back a large in this sweater and now have a MEDIUM that fits perfectly: athletic fit, slim to the body, plenty long enough in the arms and back. If you want a quite baggy relaxed fit, order your "normal" size, but if you want a somewhat snug ski bum fit (which is the way this is made to be worn) order a size down. Because these are made for Norwegians, and Norwegians are very big people!

This sweater was for my husband for an upcoming ski trip. I think the color and style are great. He feels like the sweater is slightly wide on the sides, but I like the fit.

Unfortunately not what we expected. Fit much snugger than other Norwegian sweaters. Seemed poorer quality, very thin material.
