First I really like the convenience of shopping Zappos. They are great to shop with and are most helpful and know their merchandise. The NB sneakers are extremely comfortable and seem to be true to size. I am very hard to fit and these are great. Thanks to you Zappos.

I have a men's size A width shoe size. The only way I can wear tennis shoes is to by a women's size 12. This shoe works great.

I love these sneakers/shoes. I've suffered from plantar fasciitis for 2 years and these have been the best sneaker for me. The arch is not too high and it tips my foot back like a clog would, but a nice soft insole. Worked on my feet in retail through the Christmas season and felt better than I have in a long time and the black color blends with my slacks better than white!

I love ordering from Zappos. There is no hassle when you need to return something and the opportunity to find and try what you are looking for without heading to the shoe store and all that means. Great variety and I love my new shoes!

Because I have trouble with my feet (completely different from each other) I tried so many different brands of shoes and none of them relieved the pain until I ordered my latest pair of NB's. The comfort that I experience is beyond words! Having neuropathy only makes my problem a little more difficult to solve, but my extra wide NB's eases the pain quite a bit.

These are amazingly comfortable the minute I put them on. There's no breaking in with these. The width was perfect. I love them: my new sneaker of choice.

The best part of buying from Zappos is that I don't have to go out to a store, hoping that they have what I need. Just a few points and clicks and two days later there they are on my doorstep!

I have Morton's neuroma in both feet. My doctor said to find shoes with wide toe area and high toe box. This shoe is fantastic to fill both needs. It is soft and comfortable inside, too. Inner sole is removable if you need to use orthotics. Great shoe!

My only request is that the shoe laces are really long and with narrow feet (shoes are size AA width), I have to buy shorter laces. That is a request of the shoe company. Zappos.com is terrific.

I've had several pairs of this shoe so I knew it would be fine. My orthopedic surgeon recommended New Balance as a moderately priced brand of athletic shoes with a wide toe box and decent arch support. They work well as long as you replace them every few hundred miles.

I am a 70 year old female; love moderate walking (2-3 miles a day). Have worn NB for years and wouldn't trust my feet or knees to any other walking shoe. I wear a 9 N in dress shoes, but always go up 1/2 size in length and width due to wearing very thick socks. It works very well for me.

It is getting more and more difficult to find shoes in a narrow width, but I can always count on New Balance. These are great for long walks.

These shoes are very comfy, and if they are anything like the last New Balance sneakers I got, they'll last for a few years of very extensive walking. Zappos' service was, as usual, amazing. Ordered them one evening, they were delivered the following morning!

I bought this sneaker for my mom after months of searching for a comfortable pair of sneakers that she could wear anywhere everyday. She thought it looked much more like a shoe. A big plus. I love that you can buy this in different widths. Considering buying a 2nd pair since wide width sneakers are hard to find. This is a great deal from Zappos and I got it within 2 days. Can't beat that.

I have a very narrow heel. Most sneakers are too wide. But New Balance shoes run narrow and are a perfect fit, even in a medium width size. They are well-made and hold up well for years. For every day walking,these are the only shoes I will buy.

I like these shoes. I needed white leather shoes for a clinical rotation and I have wide feet. My choices were few and I am pretty happy with these. My only complaint is that the arch support is too close to the heel and not quite where the arch of my foot is. But I can stand in them without my feet being killing me at the end of the day. They are not what I would call stylish, but they are not ugly, either.
