I love this pack. Fits my 15.4 inch laptop and lots of space. easy pull-tabs on zippers. Looking forward to using this when traveling. I'm a 5'3 woman and this pack fits really well.

Awesome pack, nicely padded straps with removable waist strap (nice feature). Two internal sleeves to accommodate my 13 inch MB Air (would easily fit a 15 inch MB) and iPad. Nice front-side pockets hold an umbrella and all charging gear nicely. Only con I see is pen/pencil pocket could have a little bigger opening for quicker/easier access. Otherwise it is a nice fitting good looking pack.

Great buy! Very useful pocket design and multiple strap adjustments to ensure perfect balance. Handle great for carrying pack down center aisle of narrow body jets. Very satisfied.

Best backpack I have ever owned! I was a struggling to decide whether to go with the Comet or a North Face pack when I read a review on another site of someone who owned both and thought that the Comet outperformed the other pack hands down. Now I would have to agree! It is comfortable. The design is great. There are plenty of pockets to stuff whatever you want. I love the zippers and the quick grab handle more than anything else.

Go figure: I order three different packs from three "higher end" manufacturers, and this is the one that is most comfortable! I am a 5'6" female, and (apparently!) finding the right daypack isn't as easy as I thought it would be. The big benefit for a customizable fit are the adjustable straps at the top of the pack...this allows you to customize how far or close to your top shoulders you want the pack to be. The other two packs didn't have these straps and the padding on the arm straps hit my trapezius muscles in a very uncomfortable way (I am not particularly muscular, for what it's worth). With this Osprey, I could adjust it so that the padding didn't hit my back and neck. Yes! The pull loops make it easy to zip. The side zip pockets are enormous. The water-bottle pockets on the side fit a 32 oz. Nalgene perfectly. The grab handles are super-sturdy, and I'm not concerned that things will fall out no matter how I pick the bag up. I do wish the laptop sleeve had a closure at the top, but since I'll be using this for a bike commute, I'm not too worried. It is nice that the laptop sleeve is relatively lean; when I take the pack on day hikes I won't feel like I'm lugging around a lot of extra weight. I agree with the previous reviewer that I wish the pencil/organizer pocket had a larger opening, and the compression straps can get in the way when trying to open up the main compartment to its fullest. However, given how comfortable and lightweight the pack is, I am willing to forgive these relatively minor design flaws.

I was super excited to get this backpack for college. I have now been using it for a week and I am slightly disappointed. It only has the one medium size compartment for books and a computer. I love that it has a compartment just for my computer and its padded to protect it. However, I could barely fit all my books into this backpack for my classes let alone notebooks as well. Luckily I don't have that many books otherwise I would be in trouble. Besides the face of it being small the rest of the features I do like. I would not recommend this backpack for college kids or people planning to be carrying a lot of things.

I bought this for commuting on the train to work as my daily back pack. Normally I carry a small amount of paperwork, an iPad, a nook or regular book. Plus I made use of the many pockets in the pack to take the place of my regular purse. Now I just carry a small wristlet which I can throw in the pack as well. Occasionally I will also carry my MacBook Pro in it. The laptop adds a considerable amount of weight but I tried the laptop in several other backpacks and found this one to be the best for me in terms of comfort and weight distribution. I liked this one over the other primarily because with nothing in it it was lighter weight. I do wish there was a little more padding to protect the laptop, particularly on the bottom part of the bag, as sitting with the bag upright on my lap on the train with the laptop in it, it really starts to dig into my legs after about 10 minutes. I have to agree with the other reviewers that some of the zippers do tend to catch on the material that covers them. I like the long front pockets as if I remove the bag from one shoulder I can swing it under my arm and gain access to those. Overall I am happy with the bag. The "document" pocket will not hold a standard 8.5x11 manila folder so I am having to keep folders in the laptop compartment at the very back. The document pocket though fits my iPad very nicely and keeps it away from the laptop and other items.

I just received this backpack so that's why I can't remark about it's comfort (but I was forced to give it at least 1 star.) I love it's styling though. Caveat: Osprey told Zappos that the color is mango yellow. And, in the photos against a white background, it looks quite vibrant. It is most certainly NOT mangoyellow. It's much more of a murky dijon mustard! Check out the video with the zappos employee. His green shirt provides the necessary contrast that gives a more accurate sense of the color. Nonetheless, I'm keeping this bag bc Osprey has never done wrong by me.

Excellent bad. Lots of great places to store computer, tablet, etc. Smaller in size, and compact. Very good if you are a minimalist that doesn't like carrying too much around. The ergonomics are excellent, it wears comfortably for long excursions.

I purchased this pack mainly for my airline carry on and general use day hiking. Overall, I am pleased with its capacity and function. It is quite light will carry all your EDC kit, computer and a water bladder. Pros: Sleek design, shoulder pad design, simplicity of pocket lay out, whistle sternum buckle, carry handles. Cons: Extremely thin waist belt, no strap management, main compartment zipper gets caught in material often, the small outer pocket for keys and the like is a little hard to access and zip fully.

I got this for my husband who works in IT and often commutes on the subway, and he loves it! It's great for carrying the variety of things he needs for work and his personal stuff, and the way it's built gives his back a big rest as compared to his previous backpack. The color is gorgeous too. So glad I found this!

I bought this pack not knowing how good it would be. It is a great overall pack useful for everything. It can hold a large computer, iPad, books if you want to use it for that. I use it for hiking and light travel as luggage. It has 4 pockets, 1 main; a small wallet/keys pocket for small easy to lose items; a medium side pocket good for snacks or a water bottle, extra socks; and lastly a medium side pocket that can easily take a baseball cap, small jacket etc. I love this pack. It is really comfortable, straps adjust perfectly, the back pad is ridges and it breathes to keep you cool. Pack is a 10 out of 10.

Awesome bag. I'm pretty picky about my gear, and while I can't say this bag is perfect, it is by far the best I've ever owned. It's a little on the small side, and it could use a divider on the main compartment, but the overall form and function is great. Combined with Osprey's lifetime warranty, I would definitely recommend this product.

Love this backpack, look, size, fit, and features were all exactly what I expected from Zappos. One note, the color is listed as Ice Blue...it is actually much more of a teal color than it appears online. I will say I was a bit disappointed by that...it's still a cute color, but when you're expecting one thing and get something slightly different, it's disappointing.

I was looking for a smaller bag when I bought this one. This one can be smaller than it looks for the times that you are not carrying a lot of stuff because the side lines pull in quite tight and that slims the bag down a lot. I also liked the top and front handle carrier loops of this bag.
