Im 5' 2 and it was definitely longer than I hoped, the sleeves were fine though. The stand collar however is pretty stiff and brushed against my face a lot, which resulted with makeup stains alongside the inner collar edges. Not very warm, but it is wind resistant. Good neutral look, for running errands and such.

If you're thinking, "I better buy a size bigger so it's roomy enough," like I did - don't. Just buy your typical tshirt size. Was looking for a softshell to replace my GoLite stretchy, fitted one, this was not it :( I guess the search continues.

Light jacket. Use for everyday use.

Lightweight, roomy enough for a sweater beneath. Not super tailored. 5'4" and it falls below my tush (which is sometimes a good thing!).

This is my 2nd or 3rd attempt to buy a North Face jacket from Zappos. I returned the others for the same reason I'm going to return this one. Too small. Lovely fabric, cute design but if it won't zip comfortably then it doesn't fit. I did check sizes/measurements and guess I keep making the same mistake. I won't give up...I WILL find a jacket from Zappos easy online shopping that fits!

Not as thick as I thought it would be but still a nice jacket for summer evenings

It's a bit long for me. I got a Large because mediums in TNF are too tight & I can't layer underneath, but this fit almost like a medium, just a bit more room in the chest area & hips. The sleeves are almost covering my hands, and the jacket itself is much longer than I thought it'd be. But, I love the color I got (azalea pink from KL Mountainshop, a retired color), and I think it'll be great for cooler days in New England. Just wish it fit me a bit better, but I got it at an amazing price so overall the jackets pretty good.
