I can't believe it's already here Zappos is undoubtedly the best online clothing company. Oh forgot about the hat, flawless wool construction size was true very, very happy!

This is the second one of these hats I've bought (my first went missing from my luggage in Italy which should at least confirm that it's stylish enough for Italian baggage handlers to take a risk!). A great hat when circumstances require something a bit warmer and or more chic than a baseball cap. The hat packs well so long as you lay it flat. Although it's wool, it is not at all itchy. As others mention here, the size does run big. I wear a 7 7/8 hat and the L size is good for me. I'll buy another if this one goes missing!

Actually I got it 2 weeks ago, but I'm writing now. This hat is really nice than my thoughts. I like classic style, but it doesn't look old. Kind of trendy! I love this!

I did quite a bit of research before placing the order. The hat came very well packed and is superb. I am extremely pleased with both the product and the stellar serice from Zappos.

This is the second Kangol 504 cap, I've bought. I loved and lost the first one. At least I thought I had, but then found it where I left it, but not before I ordered the second one. I'm now very happy having TWO,because this hat is extremely comfortable, beautifully made of fine wool and looks dressy with all kinds of clothes. It has a stretchy inner headband that not only comfortably fits your head if you choose close-cropped hair cut, but if like to wear your hair full and long. The head band's elasticized fabric breathes readily, so you can wear this cap,almost without being aware that is there without every getting a sweaty head or ending up with a red hat bend mark after you take it. I bought my first cap several years ago and have worn it a lot. It stills looks almost as good as the new one. The only thing I don't feel quite comfortable about is that the hat has somewhat the look of a beret, being somewhat flatter than a more "newsboy" style cap and the last thing I want to do is to look like an art student or a danged Frenchman. Hat No. 1 came from Nordstrom in Seattle, which is renowned for quality and service. I think my purchase from Zappo's delivered the same quality and service. I got fast turnaround time on my order, a very good price, lots of choice, and known quality. Even the packaging was first rate. This Kangol cap was the first thing I've ever ordered from Zappos, but it won't be my last.

Love it! Fits well, looks fantastic. Very comfortable. Size chart is accurate, but does a tad big, so adjust accordingly.

Very large fit. I normally wear a 6 7/8 hat so I bought this in a small and it was too big.

I sought a stylish hat and Kangol has always led the way. I did find it to run a little large but that does make it comfortable. The all wool is warm.

When I received this hat it looked exactly as pictured on the website. The fit, color and quality is great. It was a gift for my husband and he loved it. The only thing I didn't like was the way it was packaged, the box was too small for the hat so it was kind of stuffed but not damaged.

Not what I was hoping for. Hat was too wide at the sides.
