i wear a size 9.5 and i ordered the 9- fits just right. toes are right at the edge- but so far no problems with stubbing:) my foot is very narrow and these fit great in that direction as well. i have issues with heel pain (plantar fasciitis) and these have not hurt that- in fact my feet feel really good. my last pair of teva's lasted 8 years (actually, they are still going, just not as pretty as these:) and i fully expect the same out of my new teva's.

This is my second pair of Tevas and I couldn't be happier. I have plantar fasciitis and I have tryed other shoes Tevas are the only ones that don't make my feet hurt. They have an excellent arch support and the shock pad in the heel really helps! I just wish they had the arch and shock pad in the girlie sandals as well....They are very roomy so if you have a wide foot you will be fine.

Love love love! Bought these to replace a pair lost in a flood of my home. They are so comfortable.

I live in sandals and flip flops. When I am at home, camping, hiking, fishing - all the time. I can wear socks if it is chilly or not if it is hot. The straps are fully adjustable to accomodate this - SCORE! This sandal EXCEDED my expectations (which were high BEFORE I got mine)

Love the look and the feel of these. They've got great grippiness and treads, the straps don't rub and seem to align perfectly, and I love the pattern. I just got them last week and I've been wearing them all over the place. LOVE.

Arch support very good for a sandal

I have always had a pair of Tevas. The style I choose offers good support for my high arches. I strap them to my backpack and wear them around the camp and in the water. I also sometimes wear them to work . I am a teacher and am on my feet for 7 hours a day.

I wear them daily, shopping, PTA meetings, carpooling, everywhere!

I have terrible feet and this pair was a replacement pair for one that did not have the support these do-it was like a vacation for my feet!

I have worn these shoes almost everyday. They are so comfortable. These will definitely be my shoe of the summer.

These sandles are so comfortable that I can trust them for all day wear. Great for traveling!

Took a few days to break in, had some blisters but soft as butter now. Love them! Reaching for them more than any other shoe I own.

I wear mine to work. They are a great alternative for those of us with back and ankle issues.

When I visit Mexico, it's a huge custom to go swimming in the rivers. They even built little huts with bathrooms, parking lots, and food vendors around them. But one thing rivers have is a LOT of rocks! Big ones, little ones... you can get hurt if you try to go barefoot. Also, a river has rushing water - so you don't want to use flip flops or anything without a strap as these will most likely fall off your feet and float away downstream. These shoes are PERFECT for such an occasion (not bad for the beach either). You can get them wet, then rinse them off to get the sand and dirt off while still wearing them. A bit pricey, but worth it. I just got them so I don't know how durable they are. In a few years (and a few more trips) I'll know for sure.

I got these sandals recently, as I had given my old ones that weren't being used, bought in 1999, to my daughter. Little did I realize how much these sandals really haven't changed ( I'd bought my husband a pair for the beach a couple summers ago, wish I'd gotten some then to replace mine,,as regular flipflops didn't cut the terrain or lifestyle). We'd moved, this spring, to a new house complete with marsh, tidal creeks, lots of mud, River and a beach. We'd ventured out into our new habitat each with a pair of ( Gasp! M%^*# Hiking shoes- also great) - on, the first couple of times. After stepping into marsh mud & almost losing my shoe several times & having to wash them Every Single Time, I sucked it up and purchased, again, a new pair of TEVA HURRICANES. They are PHENOMENAL. Perfect for the conditions described above, easy to hose off when I'm done- and something TEVA did made the straps so much less an issue with chafing and rubbing with breaking in that I recall my first pair bothered me with. I wear them kayaking and can throw them on w a short denim skirt. So what I'm saying is: these were good sandals in '99 and with few changes that I can see in 15 yrs,they are phenomenal sandals. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

These sandals are comfortable, long lasting and fun to wear. When one pair is worn out another pair is ordered and quickly put to use. My favorite sandal for the past 15 years!

It's a sure sign of Spring when I put my Tevas on. I wear them everywhere until winter. The flat, moderately stiff footbed is excellent for my arthritic feet because my toes don't bend much. Theses Tevas are VERY stable and the slightly curled/sculpted front keeps me from catching the sandal on a curb or step and lurching forward. I do wish that some of the beautiful patterns had been extended to the Hurricane line. This is my third pair in blue. One goes in the trunk for sudden rain, mud, or pedicure. One pair is for working and the new pair is for dress.
