I just returned from Haiti. Our team spent hours in the villages. We were up and down rough hills and rockey terrain. I wore Tevas everyday and they were a life saver! I didn't have to break them in they were comfortable by the first day. I would recommend these shoes. They are cute and comfortable.

awesome! the only sandal that does not hurt my feet and actually helped give my feet a break after walking barefoot all summer. The arch support on these are great for people with high arches.

Very comfortable sandal. Great arch support. Velcro strap around ankle could be a little longer, but overall this is a great shoe.

I bought my first pair of Teva's 16 years ago, which I’ve used for everyday use and even for hiking. I own a total of 6 different Teva models, including dressier ones with heels. I love them all, and I constantly get compliments on them. I purchased this recent pair to replace my original Hurricane Teva's (which I wore out!), and I was pleased that these are just as comfortable as my first pair. I like the sturdier velcro straps and the thicker tread – great improvements! I am confused by a comment I read that the sandals are too narrow, because the velcro straps enable adjustment for narrow or wide feet. I continue to recommend Teva’s to all my family and friends.

I LOVE these sandals. They are extremely comfortable. The footbed is supportive yet soft and also very stable.

These are my favorite sandals every. I have very wide feet and a high instep. It's hard for me to find a comfortable shoe. These fit the bill. I have two pairs now, and plan on getting more. They feel great right out of the box. Good for casual wear, and for hiking and wearing for walks. I've tried other brands similar styles and they just don't fit my wide feet live the Teva Hurricane XLT.

I have been wearing Teva shoes for years because they are so comfortable. That is why I bought these and I am very happy with the fit and style.

I ordered these when another style (Original Universal Premier—Leather) didn't work out for me and I'm so glad I did. The Hurricanes are more flexible, more comfortable, and they are less expensive than their leather counterparts. You might wanna size up if you wear a half size (these come in full sizes only). I'm a 5 1/2 or 6 and I ordered the 5. My toes come right to the front edge of the shoe when I walk, but that's how I like my sandals to fit. Otherwise I'm afraid of tripping over the front of the shoe. This is subjective—YMMV. I've worn the sandals with and without socks, and they're quite comfy either way. There are three points of adjustment: front, instep and back (unlike other Tevas that only adjust across the ball of the foot and the instep). The only mild criticism I have is that the straps could be a bit softer and smoother. For example, the Teva Universal Flatform straps are much more forgiving right out of the box. I'm confident these'll soften up in time.
