These sandals stick securely on my feet. I am a person of size and most shoes make my feet hurt. These are comfortable enough to wear all day. Not recommended for use with socks as the edges of the velcro on the main strap do like to cling on if your socks bunch there. However, as most sandals aren't meant to be combined with socks, this is entirely excusable.

I wore these every day on a 15-day tour of Israel--they were perfect! After a day in Petra, Jordan just sprayed off thick coating of dust and sand in the shower and they dried within a few hours. One caveat: require short break-in period upon purchase of several days due to stiffness of straps.

Perfect shoe, comfortable, adjustable, well made. Classic Teva! Wish their leather sandals were as good as these great old standbys!

Teva gets back to their roots with this sandal. I've worn Tevas for over 20 years, and this sandal is the most comfortable one I have ever owned. The footbed is soft, but easy to clean. Excellent value for the money!

My son loves Tevas and these are no exception. He has been hiking, swimming in the river, biking, etc. in them and says they are comfortable and easy to slip on and off. Perfect for an active boy or young man!

Absolutely love it! This is my first Zappos experience. Although there might be some other dealers where you can find a cheap deal. But no one can beat Zappos when it comes to Customer service and shipping, I got it in just 3 days of ordering with free shipping. I wish I can work for Zappos!

First pair I had lasted over 15 years. They took me though lots of traveling, water, sand and sun. Very comfortable. Time for a new pair to carry me through another 15+ years! Thanks Teva, for a great product.

I just received these today and when I pulled them out of the box I was so nervous because I've never had Tevas or Chacos but because I'm going away it was recommended I get some. I was looking for some that were affordable and had good reviews. They are comfortable and look so cute! Because even if I'm going to be hiking, I want to look cute! These do and they make my feet look small. Get these!

I got this for my husband. He really likes them and hasn't complained about them. I got first size 11, that is the size my hubby usually uses, but had to change them for 10, they run big.

5 Stars all the way. And for a 'rugged sandal', the black version can bridge into more sophisticated casual looks.

Ordered these for my 10-year-old son. He loves them! He finds them so comfortable that I'm having to check his footwear before he heads out to school in the morning...he wants to wear them even when it's too cold. My husband thought they looked good too so he ordered a pair, and now he is singing their praises. His comments are that they are the most comfortable sandal he's ever worn. We got the brown/black color and they blend well with a lot of their clothing. Both guys will definitely be buying more Tevas in the future.

This is a great shoe! It's very comfortable for daily wear. This my second pair of this style Teva, and the last pair lasted several years. They tend to do great in water and dry quickly. With Zappos we got them faster than expected - always good experience with Zappos!

A few years ago, I got a pair of these at DSW for around less. Well, I wore them to death so I went back to DSW but they had none. Went to another store that did have 'em, but for so much more! So I naturally ended up at Zappos. Searched, found 'em, bought 'em. They came quickly. I put 'em on, let out a deep, satisfied sigh and vowed to buy more stuff from Zappos soon.

My husband is so pleased with the fit and comfortable wear of Teva Hurricane XLT sandals and we'd been looking for them for quite a while. We are pleased with Zappos, their customer service is excellent along with the products we've since ordered, the pricing is good and shipping is quick. I was able to go online with my grandson to get him some skating sneakers. I was also able to get some Twinkle Toes Skechers for three of my granddaughters. I was off the ground with excitement because we were able to go shopping online at Zappos. They live in the states and I work and live outside of the states. Zappos, thank you for making our shopping experiences with you wonderful and memorable.

Teva sandals are well-known, high-quality product. The best part was ordering them from zappos.com; the order was placed and shipped very quickly.

I just wrote a wordy Teva Toachi 2 review (love those sandals) but I ordered these thinking they'd be a nice alternative. These felt very hard and inflexible and offered only the most minimal arch support. For someone without foot troubles, they'd probably be fine. I need to stick with the even less stylish Toachi 2s.

I bought these sandals for my husband, who has never in his life worn sandals. A friend of his raved about them and convinced him to try them out. He has worn them every non-work moment since! He raves about how comfortable they are.

Comfortable sandals. Teva always comes through with great styles and comfortable options even on long walks.

I like the old style the best, these are one of the last remaining of the old style. If you could get them in spider rubber I would give 5 stars.

Simply awesome. These sandals with socks can survive any winter. I wish I could afford a higher value one.

I received excellent customer service from Zappos and the product matched an original pair that lasted me 27 years and has been up high peaks in Nevada, trails in NC and New England, up and down historic sites along the East Coast, and in almost everyday wear in NC and the Northeast. This model is slightly less comfortable around the straps and a little larger than the original produced by Teva, but, hey, a good basic sandal at a fair price. The arch support, though, is better than the original sandal.
