Super comfy - slight stretch and very lightweight made it comfortable to be on a bus for hours or hiking through Vietnam when it was 95 degrees and 90% humidity. It monsooned - I was soaked and by the time we finished breakfast in a restaurant my pants were completely dry. Highly recommend. Plus they are hiking/travel pants but they're not so dorky compared to other travel pants on the market.

Love these pants. Bought the light tan for casual and loved them so much bought the black ones for work.

I purchased these Kuhl Splash Roll-Up pants in 2 different colors. I love them both. These have become my everyday hang out around the house, go for walks, run errands pants. Very comfortable and versatile with the capri option. I'm 5'6 and generally wear a size 6 and these fit perfectly!

I can't agree with reviewer who complained that these pants don't work for women with broader hips. I'm a big-hipped, curvy lady, and these pants fit great. I like them so much I bought 2 pairs. The fabric is light and breathable, with a little give so they don't bind when you sit or climb. The styling is nice enough that I can wear them to work like chinos. I see there are a couple of new colors available now, so I may have to purchase a third pair.

Nice (have 4 pairs) a bit inconsistent but always too big in the waist, so need tailoring. Still, worth the extra effort for pants I live in when traveling to remote sites.

Why is it that these "sporty" companies don't realize that we curvy gals with small waists and women's hips like to rough it in the great outdoors also? So many hiking pants are too low, with a huge gap in the waist. Very frustrating.

I love these Pants and tthey fit me great. I got two pairs for work last year and loved them so much I ordered 3 more. The problem is the button on the new pairs keeps popping open. It is super annoying. I do not have this problem with the pairs I bought a year ago. I already wore two pairs so I am not sure if I can return them. I tried a belt and this helps. I have not gained weight. I think this is just a few defective pairs.

Somewhat mixed. The snaps are an issue. There are snaps for the roll-up tabs and one came off almost immediately. No way to get it back on. The snaps that close the pants (instead of a button) are very hard to open! I'm hoping it will loosen a bit over time. Pants are otherwise comfortable, though waist is big, as others have pointed out.

I bought these pants in carbonite/size 10 at REI and absolutely loved them. They fit perfectly and are now my favorite pants. Then I bought a another pair of size 10 in brown at Zappos and they didn't fit at all. Super tight in the legs and I couldn't even get them snapped at the waist. I didn't see any difference between the brown and carbonite, even the RN# on the waist tag was the same, so I am sure they were the same style pants. Very disappointing to have the two colors fit so differently. I had hoped to buy these pants in all colors (I liked them that much) but now I am not sure it will be worth the effort.

I love these pants, the fit, the pockets. I especially love that you can roll them up and sneak for a shorter length. Have several pairs.

I love these pants! The only improvement I would suggest is adding a pocket just below the existing thigh pockets.

These are great pants. You do have to get the next size up, but they look great and they are super comfortable. I am also very grateful to KUHL that I could choose the inseam, that is really helpful.

I was looking for a pair of hiking pants that were functional, comfortable (particularly in warm to humid weather), and flattering. These fit the bill. I wore these hiking in the woods and liked the side pockets, which were handy for holding small necessities. These pants were also versatile enough to look like your average khaki pants that could be worn out and about in the city. I consider my body shape average--I have neither a small or large waist or hips--and these fit perfectly. Since I'm 5'2" I ordered the pants with the 30" inseam, so I didn't need to have these shortened further. I noticed some comments about missing a drawstring, and it seems that Kuhl listened as the pants I ordered came with one. I normally wear a size 6, and this fit to size though the drawstring made a difference in making the pants feel more fitted. I liked these pants so much that I ordered another pair.

Love Kuhl pants, love this style and color. I have blue and beige and these were great to have on my African vacation. Comparing to my other pants, Columbia and Lucy, the fabric is as thin, but when you sweat, does not stick to your bottom as the nylon fabric. I also wore them rolled up during the day and released them down at night to cover the skin from mosquitoes. The pants also look better IMHO. They run little lose around waist, but I do not have a problem keeping them on (using the inside string to tighten them up).

Ordered an 8 - similar to last year - maybe a little tighter at the waist - but love the color, the pockets - a 10 would be too big. Use then to travel in - great in wet weather, everyone else was complaining about wet pants at the ankle but mine were dry already :-).

These pants are great - love the material, styling and fit. I ordered a 10 which normally might be a little large, but they fit perfectly. Well made with nice features like large side pockets for your phone and roll-up legs. Like the description states - straight through legs to waist. Should be perfect for traveling and plan to take them to AK soon!!!

LOVE THEM!! Size 2 feels like it was custom made for me. I am on my 4th pair I love them so much. I am 5'4" and 126 lbs. Thicker thighs and a big butt. hope that helps. :)

These pants are very comfortable, very light and they look great! They are true to size, I love the color, the fabric, the style, the fit - I definitely recommend these.

Absolutely love this style. This was my second purchase of the same style. I am size 6 or 28, but buy size 10 in this case. And it is a perfect fit! Love them!!!

Beware-Runs a full size small!

For real I go up 2 sizes in these pants. It's not great for self-esteem, but they are nice pants if you can get past that.

I'm 5'8" weigh 137 - rather straight up and down body frame - size 8 perfect fit - nice rise not too high - easy to move in - wash/dry beautifully - Kuhl pants have been my go-to for many years now - occasionally give them punishing wear and they take it nicely and hold up well.
