Nice swing, excellent fit even for a curvy aging woman. Terrific for town or camping. It's the one thing in my stuck-on-a-desert island fantasy wardrobe.

I've basically lived in this skirt since I got it 2 weeks ago. Some reviews state that it runs large or small. Let me clarify that issue--it really depends on where you like to wear your waistline. For example, I'm currently a 14, and I ordered a 12. It would never have fit around my lower hips as shown by the model - and I wouldn't want it to. It fits perfectly at my natural waist. It skims my hips in a flattering way, then flares just slightly out into a stickie-outie (as Bridget Jones calls it) skirt. The back band is a little higher than the front, which eliminates waistband gap and is extremely comfortable. I usually look better in tailored clothing as I am kind of straight (usually fit odd sizes better, but am in my 50s so the odd size selections are too youthful) ... but the design of this skirt makes my waist look smaller and negates a little front pooch. The skirt is just wonderfully right for errands around town; can be dressed up or down with sandals, heels or running shoes; lastly, it's the perfect lightweight running skirt. It's even easy to answer nature's call while wearing the skirt if you're way off in the woods or out on the dunes, thanks to the ease of all the gores. I ordered the khaki; it's a soft neutral. I'm ordering the carbon next and I wish it came in more than 3 colors. I am 5'5" and it hits just above the knee, right where I want it. I totally recommend this skirt. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it.

This will be a bit out of the ordinary, but after selling most of my belongings for a move to Hawaii, I sold my kilt. I miss my kilt. I purchased this skirt (looks just mannish enough (especially to others)) and am completely happy with it. I am a 34" waist and I purchased a size 12.

I am 5'4" and 130 lbs. I don't have a huge stomach (more hippy) but this made a very unflattering bulge at my stomach area. Otherwise was very cute, with a low rise that was very comfortable. Guess I'll keep looking!

This runs a little big. I have been fitting into size 12 mostly and the size 10 fit perfectly. It sits below the waist. I am 5'3" and it comes just at the middle of the knees. It was kind of wrinkly out of the box. I am hoping that those wrinkles fall away. The stretchy fabric seems like it will dry quickly.

Really very cute. I love this skirt very much. I am between sizes. I can be a size 8 or a size 10. I purchased this skirt in a size 10 and it fits nice with a little extra room. I think the size 8 might have fit, but would have been snug. This is such a nice alternative to shorts for the summertime.

I really wanted to like this skirt. It was very comfortable and seemed to fit true to size. I know I have a bit of a tummy, but unfortunately this skirt made my belly and my behind both look bigger than actual size. It also hit me just below the knee which is not flattering when you are 5'1.

I'm usually a 10/12 in pants. I bought a 10 in this and it fits well. It sits a little higher on my waist than it's supposed to, but it looks fine that way. If I lose a few pounds- it will still fir-just lower on my hips. I'm 5'3 and I hemmed this skirt by about an inch so that it hits right above my knees. I'm a teacher & I feel comfortable wearing it to work. I also wear it for errands. It's quite casual due to the fabric but I have gotten a lot of compliments on it.

I normally wear a size 2 but need a size 4 in Kuhl pants therefor i ordered the Kuhl splash skirt in a 4 which is a bit large but not big enough to return. Great with leggins and boots or bare legs and flip flops. Got lots of compliments!

Love this skirt. I'm short (5'2") and constantly on the search for shorts and skirts that don't emphasize the less flattering parts of my body (tummy, hips). This skirt is awesome. Just arrived today and I'm wearing it already. The fabric is so soft to the touch. I can tell, I'll be wearing this several times a week.

I love this skirt! I bought it in all 3 colors. HOWEVER...for some reason the blue one runs smaller than the other 2 colors. I was an 8 in the other 2 (usually an 8-10) and I had read it ran big. I ordered the 8 twice in the blue just in case it was a fluke. Both ran small. The 10 in blue is still smaller that the 8 in the other 2 colors, but it worked well enough. I suppose the factory got all the blues smaller or the fabric shrunk more. Otherwise, this is the most practical skirt! It's like having some great jeans that can dress up or down. Planning on using all 3 for traveling abroad.

Super cute skirt, looks and feels good. Packs well and is a great addition to my wardrobe when traveling. Usually wear 8 or 10, and the 10 fit well.

Great skirt. It is a nice weight for summer and into fall. Fits true to size. I've washed it several times and it still looks new, no fading. I get compliments each time I wear it. Highly recommend.

I love this skirt! It fits perfectly. I'm 5'7 120 lbs and ordered a 4. It falls right at th knee and is a very flattering cut. Cute, casual and sporty. I lay it flat to dry and don't get oo many winkles. Very low maintenance.

I bought two Kuehl Splash Skirts in different colors. Love the material. Size fits well.Great casual summer skirt for the outdoors.

Loved the idea of this skirt, but the fabric was sort of stiff, so the skirt sort of stuck out around the bottom instead of having a flowing appearance.

I love wearing a skirt in the heat of the Washington DC summer. It is cool and attractive. Also very well-made, with good pockets. I am now a convert to Kuhl goods.

This skirt is exactly what I was looking for. It is a great fit for a 5'2 hourglass figure who is also muscular. It's comfortable and stylish.

This is my "go to" skirt. I have it in Carbon and Khaki and love it so much I ordered another in Khaki. Afraid I was going to wear it out! My first two are size 8, the second Khaki is size 6 because they were out of the 8. The 6 is a better fit but they're all fine. I'm 5'6" and weigh 125.

Great skirt. Doesn't need ironing after the dryer and doesn't seem to get wrinkled. I wore it three days in a row and it looked fine each day. I usually wear about a size 6; got an 8 and it fits well. Not too tight. Ordered the "black" one the next day.

I now own 3 of these skirts. Afraid they will discontinue. They are the best. Look cute in town, on a bike or hiking. Easy to wash and dry. Great for camping. For sizing I bought a 4 and it sits just a little below my belly button. I bought a 6 and it sits low on my hips, like in the picture. I am 5'3 and 135, curvy and 59 years old.

Such a great skirt! I wore them with flip flops in the summer, and I'm planning to wear with tights and boots in the winter. It sits right above waist, which doesn't draw attention to the dreaded muffin top! I love this skirt!

This skirt is exactly what I wanted, and very well-made. I do need to order up from a 12 to 14 so it isn't so snug around my waist. It is a little short for my age. Once it rests on my hips more, it will be longer. I'm 6ft., l65lbs

Love this skirt, the color, fabric, length. I usually wear a size 6 in skirts and pants, and the reviews I read said it ran a bit large. However, the 6 was snug, so I then odered it in size 8, and it's perfect. I'm returning the size 6.
