These shoes are simply wonderful. Great concert style, and comfortable too - just what I need for long stage performances.

This is very cute dressy dress so didn't want to return but no support and padding. I have bunions to bought 2e but now slips off my feet. Worn it once and had trouble keeping them on while walking so can't return. I think they have potential so am taking to shoe shop and see if then can turn it to a Mary Jane style. It was hard to rate the fit for 2e, it was still a bit tight by toes, but definitely too lose on the heels.

The patent ruffle looks interesting in the picture but not nice at all on the foot - it's too big. Very comfortable fit though.

I love Naturalizer as a brand, but these shoes were bad. I was unable to walk at end of the day after wearing these shoes. It was unwearable.

Exactly what I wanted for a Fall casual look. Runs true to size and a very comfortable foot bed.

The Medina is absolutely beautiful. They are comfortable, the heels are just right & there is plenty of toe room. I have gotten many compliments and love wearing them. Also, Zappos will get your shoes delivered, quickly!

Very comfortable. I also like the sole material which doesn't make a lot of noise while walking on hard surfaces. This is a great neutral shoe. A bit staid leaning a bit to the "older woman" side, but it is comfortable and still looks feminine!

Needed a pair of pumps for a very sad day in my life. Didn't need to add to the misery with sore feet and these shoes did the job. Very comfortable and were just what I wanted.

It is usually difficult to find beautiful shoes in an extra-wide size. I purchased these shoes for a wedding and have to say that they fit perfectly and met my every expectation. I think it is the first time I have ever been a shoe-person. Couldn't take my eyes off of them all evening. Believe it or not, a sales woman at a local shoe department told me about Zappos.com and she was right!

I purchased these in WW, and they fit great. My feet are extra wide in front, but not in back, and these don't slip in the heel. The sole is also padded under the ball of the foot, which is really nice.

These pumps are the impossible combination of dressy and comfortable. The 2 inch heel and almond toe are absolutely perfect for when you have to be dressed up and on your feet for a long time. And that ruffle is sweet (without being over-the-top). Love these shoes! They seem a bit narrow. I ended up ordering them wider than my usual size.

Oh my, could black patent kitten heels get any cuter?! These shoes are amazingly comfy. I absolutely disagree with the other review that the ruffle is weird. It's exactly as pictured. Anybody who has experience with Naturalizer will get what they expect with these.

I bought these shoes for my sons wedding and they are super comfy. I would recommend them to anyone!

The wide width was not wide enough in the toe box for my foot.

Ladylike shoe. Pretty without being too sexy or having too high of a heel - got it for the occasional office party or "serious" social event, and I think it will work just right for that. Not super soft leather so probably not a good all day shoe.

I have trouble finding dressy shoes in my size (11AA). Ordered a couple styles but these fit my foot best, were dressy and comfy. The front (with the ruffle) is cut low which makes it very attractive. Good fit, good looks...great for me.

This was my first order placed with Zappos. I initially ordered this shoe in size 8N, hoping it would be a perfect fit based on orders from other companies. My true size is 7 1/2 AA or N. When I received the order and tried the shoes they were too large. I immediately called hoping to get a 7 1/2N within five days in order to have the shoes I needed for a special event. The representative was very helpful and courteous and explained that I only had to follow the return instructions and I would receive the size I needed overnight. I had to ask again if he said overnight. I was assured that what he said was correct. What a relief! As promised, the shoes arrived the next day and they were a perfect and comfortable fit. It was the best customer service I have experienced and cannot thank you enough for keeping your promise. I have worn the shoes and not only are they a beautiful fit - they are also the most comfortable shoes in my collection. Thanks again.

Very cute shoes. Love the heel height. I did think they ran a little big. I also wished the inside edge didn't stop at the widest part of the foot. It appears to accentuate that area for me since I have bunions. Very comfortable shoes otherwise.

Toe box too narrow for my foot.

This is a very cute shoe. I love the ruffle. I first ordered it in a 10 WW, but it was too big, so I went down to the 9 WW which is a much better fit. It still slips a little in the back, but a size smaller would be too tight up front. Not sure if I'll keep them or not.

Not a good shoe for someone with a bunion because it is cut so low in the front, the bunion is exposed. Otherwise, cute shoe, true to width.

Beautiful shoe, but too narrow in the toe area! I wear a size 10W and it just did not work! I had to return with regrets, because it is a pretty shoe!
