I'm 5'8, 150lb and the medium size fits perfectly. They are comfy and don't bunch or ride up and the inner shorts are long enough to prevent chafing when running. Something to bear in mind: they look bright peach on the computer screen but they are, in fact, fluorescent pink. I'm all about making a statement, so it's of no concern to me, but if it's peach you want, you'll be disappointed.

These shorts are great if you generally can't wear shorts because they ride up between your thighs. The tights are a perfect length for the shorts and they stay put when running.

I got the pink and black ones when they had them. They are amazing! Shorts always ride up when I run and these shorts fixed that with the shorts underneath and they are cute!

Cool shorts that deliver! Comfortable, stylish and a lot more fun than basic black. I wear these to run, lift weights and do fitness classes. I have 3 colors!

I wanted to love these shorts... I need a small or extra small because my waist and hips are thin, but I guess my legs are more muscular than average. The seam on the inner shorts was way too tight (it's not stretchy). If my legs were a bit thinner, the hard seaming would be good to keep the inner shorts from riding up. If you have thicker thighs, you may want to just layer shorts the old fashioned way.

These shorts are really great for running. I run about 3 miles almost every day and was never comfortable before getting these shorts. Finally, no more ride ups! I tried those tight-fitting running shorts but didn't like the skin-tight look of them. These shorts look great and feel great!

These run much smaller than the Nike Double Up Training Short, which I love by the way. I am 5'5", 155lbs and the M was too small but in the Nike Double Up Training Short the M fit great! I would say they run small.

Love Nike 2-in-1 Tempo Short. I run a lot 1/2 marathons to 50ks but, I am a very thigh heavy person. I carrier all my weight in my thighs. I have a big problem with loose shorts riding up and giving me the diaper effect and compression shorts riding up to look like underwear. This is the first time I have worn running shorts without this effect. Nike 2-in-1 Tempo Short are a must by for people with thighs.

I own many Tempo shorts and wanted some to do light biking. These shorts are great. Usually wear a MED but had to go to LG in these.

Love these shorts! I have tried all kinds of running shorts. I am pushing 50, so want a little modesty, but need to be cool and comfortable! These are perfect! The compression short isn't really "compression," just a nice longer liner. Great for hot days and especially for summer races.

Very comfortable, doesn't ride up, true to size, not too short, not too long, would recommend! Great for working w/ trainer so you're not showing the goods while weight training thanks to the compression shorts. :)

My daughter loves these! They fit her perfectly and she wears them all the time. The only con I can think of is that they are very expensive - we could have bought 2 pairs of regular Nike shorts for what we paid for these.

I have bought almost every color of these shorts. I am a runner and these shorts don't ride up! Even with the spandex under, sometimes in some shorts that have this, it even runs up. But these don't! Buy them! You won't regret it!

Love these shorts w/ the spandex underneath. Perfect for long runs and I love the color. I am 5'6'' weighing around 140lbs and I ordered the small. The fit is great.

I love these shorts! Finally, shorts that don't ride up when I run. I run twice a week and all the shorts I have purchased, and they always ride up causing a very uncomfortable feeling. I weigh 135 pounds, 5'3, and have an athletic build and I purchased a medium in all colors and it's just perfect! Buy them, you won't regret it!

These shorts are wonderful! The compression shorts stay in place and they are perfect for walking, running or any other type of exercise!

I was hoping for more constriction in the short liner with this pair. But, it is still comfortable to run in and I love the MP3 pocket! That is a must for me!

I love these hard-to-find 2-in-1 Nike Tempo shorts! They are generously sized w/ a flattering fit. I wish the leggings were a bit more like compression shorts and a little longer. I also would like more color combinations. Otherwise, I really like them.

I can usually wear medium shorts and these were a little too snug. I wish they came in large - or even extra large! I wear a size 10 pant usually, but the mediums felt like smalls or extra smalls! I could get them on, but the outer shorts were even skin-tight. I would definitely try them if they came larger.
