I typically hate wearing caps. But as a full time climber, I get way too much sun on my face, so after 30 years, I started wearing a cap under my helmet. This is so well ventilated, I swear I do not notice it. Never wore a cap running either, but now I wear this one. Small profile, no sweat.

Why did I know this hat only now?
It perfectly protects against ultraviolet rays and heat from summer mountaineering.
In addition, the smooth ventilation function and the relaxed size control function cover the size of the head and the constitution of sweating.

Buy two of these!

You can't go wrong with the tried and true Swift Cap! The reviews don't lie on this one, it's AWESOME! Super light, packable, breathable, stays put, and looks great! This hat is always one of the first things I grab to throw into my day pack for all kinds of adventures; and usually it's on my head as soon as we get started!

I have had this hat about a month now and it has head up well on and off road. I would recommend this hat to any runner.

Nice hat. Fits my fat head well with a lot more room on adjustment strap, and looks nicer then other brand's hats of same style. I havn't put it through a long summer hike yet, but excited to see how the ventilation does on the 16-20 mile hot day hikes.

Much more comfortable to wear hiking than cotton. Easily adjusted for big heads, and my ponytail fits in the space between cap and strap.

Light, comfortable, medium visor, dries quickly and has no button on the top.

For several months now I have run with this hat on my head. Like 7-15 mile runs and no issue. It has been hot and humid lately and this hat wicks sweat so well that lately I have had a constant drip of sweat come off the side of the bill of the hat. My head is comfortable in the hat and it is very lightweight. Do not even notice it on my head physically. If your a runner then buy this hat you will not regret it. Protects your head from sun and helps your vision on sunny or hard rainy days.

Was on the fence about biting the bullet on a synthetic cap - so glad I did! Super lightweight, dries fast.

I have worn this hat pretty much everyday for the past five years. It is super comfortable and ventilates great. My only complaint is the colors keep changing. The current color of blue offered is not appealing. Please go back to the original color offerings and quit messing with a good thing OR!

The Swift Cap has been my favorite hat for many years. This one is at least my third one. They're great for shade and protection from the sun.

This is a very comfortable hat with no pressure points or hotspots. The brim is long enough to protect from rain and sun.
I wear it under my bike helmet as it is thin and comfortable.

My favorite hat. Fits my head perfectly. And I don't have a Klingon-looking forehead like you do in a trucker-style hat.

I wear these hats while working as an electrician both indoors and out. They keep sweat out of my eyes and have been machine washed dozens of times without any noticible wear.

Ultralight and minimalist, this cap works great for wearing under hoods and helmets. It vents heat well and is unobtrusive. Thanks OR!

These hats are amazing! Just purchased my 2nd one. They breath really well, fit comfortably under a helmet and can be washed (by hand) easily. My first one, I have had for 8 years and aside from some small scuff marks on the brim (because I would sometimes climb with it), it is still looking great. I purchased this most recent one in a different color - it is still the same high quality. I also have the sun runner cap for backpacking which is equally great quality.

This is number 7 for me. Always keep one in car and one in my watershed bag when I go paddling. This is mainly my warm weather cap.

This is a cap that can be worn 8 months of the year in NYC. It's adjustable from the back. The vents on each side keep your head from getting too warm. An excellent cap!
