This was my 6th pair of Keens. I did have a problem with the right shoe on the outer foot bed which had a raised area. I wore them on and off for 2 weeks hoping it was just break in but my foot was still sore. I called Zappos and Ericka helped me. She was exceptionally polite and helpful. She said she would send out a new pair at no cost and a return slip at no cost to me. While speaking to her I asked if Keen would reimburse them and she said no. I received the new shoes the next day and they were great. I gotta give Zappos 5 stars on their service past and present. I was so impressed I treated myself to a new pair of Keen Ontario's 4 days later to show my appreciation. Okay, mostly because it felt great not getting stuck with something that wasn't right for the first time. I like that both these shoes do not have the Keen dry which allow the shoe to breath better and the Ontario's are taller for the snow. Thank you very much.

These shoes look good and feel good, but after about 3 months, the upper on both shoes has started to separate from the rubber sole. I am extremely disappointed, because I spent more than I normally would on a pair of work shoes thinking they would be better built, only to have them start falling apart after just a few months.

Shoes are very comfortable. I have an issue with diabetes and a a charko foot and these are the only shoes that fit me without pain. Only takes a couple of days to break them in and I Have been wearing them for years.

Great shoe, sturdy and comfortable.

The shoe is very comfortable. I can wear it everyday. It looks good with jeans as well as chinos.

I’ve wanted a pair of Keen shoes since reading the book, "A Course Called Ireland" by Tom Coyne. I hesitated due to the price tag and the lack of wide sizes. However, after recently seeing a Keen advertisement, I reconsidered due to the width of the brand's toe box construction and the need for a pair of good walking shoe for an upcoming vacation. I gave in and treated myself. Although the Dress Oxford is not specifically designed as a hiking shoe, my first impression of them is good. They are sturdy and comfortable, and I think it will serve me well. I should add that I ordered a half-size up based on the measurement advice offered on the Keen website.

I like my shoes, it’s perfect size and width. And it’s comfortable to work.

I work in law enforcement, although now in a supervisory role versus having to be out on patrol. These are comfortable, look great, and are roomy so my feet don’t t feel strangled. I have abused my 1st pair now for a couple of years, so here I am again on Zappos to order a 2nd pair. You will not regret this purchase.

Narrow, not like other keen's

Typical Keen great for business casual or even uniform.

Keen's PTC Dress Oxford is very comfortable. The upper and tongue are made of high quality full grain leather. The outsole grips well on wet floors, though not as good as my Ace work boots. The shoes do look a bit odd.

Very comfortable. Love the supportive non-slip sole. These are keepers.

These are a great shoe that I use all the time. They are durable and useful for general use.

I love these shoes! They are the first pair of work shoes I have had where I don’t have any pain in my feet after a long day of work. They are also very wide which give my toes some room to wiggle.

The shoe was a nice shoe could’ve been a half size smaller but it’s hertz the back of my ankle

On the 1st day of wearing them they feel awesome and roomy. Feel no pain with my bunions.

They felt good from the moment I put them on. I am on my feet at work for anywhere from 8 to 10 hours and they are great.

Could stand a bit more arch support, but otherwise fits like a glove.

These shoes feel like you’ve worn them for years.

This is my third pair of this particular shoe by Keen. The Utility PTC Dress Oxford is my main work shoe, for good reasons. As a teacher and a chef, I'm on my feet all day long, either in the classroom, the kitchen, or the restaurant. This shoe is by far the best shoe I've found. It has really good arch support, the size and width are true, and the comfort level is excellent. They hold up really well, and will last a very long time, if you keep them clean and polish them regularly. Sure, it's not the most appealing or sexy looking shoe, but it gets the job done. I can wear these all day, and my feet are in pretty good shape at the end of the day. I've found that when I rotate shoes about half way through the day, I have less aching and pain at the end of the day. I usually swap these out for my Doc Martin boots, or my Merrell hikers. My wife insists that I get a new pair at the beginning of every school year, because my feet are that important. That, and because she really likes it when I cook for her.

The Keen Utility PTC Dress Oxford is the best wide toe shoe on the market. The leather design is very comfortable. It is stylish and can be worn on all occasions. The shoe is very well made and lasts at least 3 years with lots of use. The arch support is one of the reasons I buy this shoe. It is even better when you purchase an additional insert for support. I highly recommend this shoe.

I bought these for my son, who is always a 14 in Keens, and these fit great. It's nice that keens sizing is consistent. He says they are very comfortable, even after a long day. He says he feels stable on his feet, even if there's moisture on the floor.

This is the first pair of Keen's I've owned. I usually wear Sketcher's Workforce and generally have been pretty happy with them. Keen (at least this style) was a whole new experience. These shoes are awesome! They were unusually, very comfortable from day one. No break in period either, which was a nice change from my Sketchers. I've wore them daily for about a week now and have ZERO complaints. Just for reference, I'm on my feet, on tiled concrete for at least eight hours a day at work. If that describes your work situation...you'll be happy with these shoes.
