These are the perfect career woman shoes. Not too high but with a bit of sexy heel. I'm very happy with this black in that it wasn't shiny at all. Goes great with my suits. Only wish that I could find the Air Violet Pump 90 in this color and size!

The shoe is a great shoe, but I had to return it for a half size larger than my usual size.

I just received AV60 in black textured. They are lovely shoes, classic, yet the design is definitely modern. I especially like the way the heel is set. It makes the heel look higher, but retains the wonderful comfort. These are not grandma shoes! They do seem to run small, as reviewed. I ordered two sizes because of Zappos' outstanding return policy. The smaller size was what I normally wear, but I definitely needed the larger. The quality and comfort are well worth the price. I keep good shoes for a very long time.

I wear a size 10, 10.5, or 11 depending on the brand and style. I wear size 10.5 in a Cole Haan boot but a size 10 in these. I don't wear heels often (1-2 times per month) and I have a hard time walking in them and feeling comfortable. I was hoping that these would be like magic. But they're still heels! They are beautiful and comfortable, but after 2-3 hours in them my feet still hurt!

My toes go numb. I am visiting the actual Cole Haan store to have this looked at. At first, the shoe fit perfect but as I have worn them during the day I get numb toes. Too small? I am worried they'd fall off my heel if I went up a half size. Why can't shoes just fit?

I ordered these in my normal size (8). They are tight in the toe box and the round toe, in my opinion, looks a bit bulbous. Ordinarily I like round toe heels, but this one just didn't work for me. I will be returning.

These are very elegant. I love patent leather. I did get a half size larger because I have noticed in the past that Cole Haan dress shoes run small.

I like shoes that are stylish without sacrificing on comfort. The Cole Haan Air Violet 60 looked like it would meet my standards for work wear! I just got the AV60 in black leather. I have to agree with the other reviewers; this shoe runs a bit small/narrow. I usually wear a 6.5 or 6.5W depending on the brand, but the 6.5C were too narrow and cramped… my toes were squashed and it dug painfully into my heels. Per the advice of other reviewers here I returned the 6.5C and got the 7C -- this was nice and roomy in the toe box, but my heel kept slipping out of the shoe since it was too long. I solved the problem by adding a gel heel insert -- great fit then! I also added some gel arch support; I found that putting in the arch support eased the pressure off the ball of the foot. With the two inserts in, the shoe fits great and is very comfortable. The leather is beautiful; the cut and style of the shoe is perfect for daily office wear, but can also be worn for evening office events. Love it!

These are wonderful! Just enough heel height to feel like a pump, but not too much to wear to the office. Very comfortable too, with the Nike air inside, it truly is like walking on air. And did I say gorgeous? With the classy rounded toe you can't go wrong. Highly recommend!

Surprisingly comfortable. Really liked the style. Ordered 1/2 size larger based on the reviews but that turned out to be too big. If/when my size becomes available I will definitely get these - I really liked them.

Very narrow indeed! Felt more like a 5.5 N. The leather is lovely, the heel is set way back, makes for an odd profile. It is a bit higher than I can walk in comfortably, but I have very sensitive bony feet.
