Right out of the box, these shoes are so comfortable I took a 2 mile walk with them. Down side, they are not as light as my hiking shoes. Very cute with jeans.

This is my first pair of Dansko shoes and I am very happy with how they look and the comfort level. But more than that, I love Zappos. Zappos is the finest internet company I have ever dealt with. I order a lot of items on line and I don't have one complaint, not one complaint with Zappos. Zappos has the best customer service, in other words they have trained their employees most excellent. Thank you to Zappos and the great employees/staff.

Absolutely wonderful. Just ordered my 2nd pair in black (already have the red). Super comfy and great fit. I have heel pain and these don't hurt at all. Great shoe.

Love Dansko shoes. Have 6 pr. I feel that I walk taller, with a comfortable stride, and a straighter spine.

The Dansko Veda is one of the few styles of Danskos I can wear. I have narrow feet and high arches so most Dansko styles are way too wide for me. The narrow professional clogs sort of fit if I build up the shoe with insoles or an orthotic, but then I feel like I am walking on heavy stilts. The Veda style are working very well for me because of the laces. I could use a bit more arch support, as I have super high arches. So, narrow footed sisters, give this one a try! I have two pair now (blue and melon plaid) and am considering a third. I like that they are not as heavy feeling as the clogs and feel more secure.

Have had these shoes for about a month. I wear mostly Dansko for work and this pair is as wonderful in keeping my feet comfortable and healthy. THey help with my knee and back pain as well. Over all I would say these shoes are more comfortable than being barefoot in the sand!

I bought these shoes for my daughter and she loves them! They look great, make a small foot without compromising the comfort which Dansko is famous for. I am thinking about getting me a pair as well.

Though they do run an entire size too big this shoe is perfect for the gym when you know your feet just want to walk in clogs! No street shoes allowed? Not anymore!

I absolutely love these shoes. They are true to size and so comfortable. I am thinking about getting them in another color.

I love the look of this shoe; really cute! It is a bit heavier than I expected, but it's made well and is comfortable. I tried these with socks at first, since it was still cold outside. There's been some rubbing on one foot where the front/side seam is, but that's improved as I've broken them in some. They are actually more comfortable without socks, which is good, since that's how I intend to wear them most of the time. I'm usually an 8 and wear a 38 in the professional clogs, but I got the Veda in a 37 and they fit perfectly.

I purchased these sneakers in red and absolutely love them. Each time I wear them I get compliments. It took me a little adjustment at first to get used to the way the shoes slip off the heels (just like the clogs), but they're super.

This is my third pair of Dansko's, first canvas model. Simply wonderful on my feet. Yes, they are heavy, but if you want to prevent foot problems as you age, or find relief from them once you've got them, this is a good shoe. And so wonderful to have a lace-up Dansko instead of a clog.

I really love these shoes. I wear Dansko almost exclusively, due to a foot injury, and these are typical of their good quality and fit. The only thing I don't like are the extra-long laces they came with. The arch support is decent, but I added a pair of SmartFeet inserts to make it better. They're cute, sturdy, and comfortable.

I love my Dansko Veda's. They are so comfortable! I have a pair of the Dansko clogs that I wear all of the time and am so happy to now have a more casual shoe to wear with my jeans. Between these two shoes I rarely wear the dozens of other shoes in my closet. I also love the non-slip sole.

I am a big fan of Dansko shoes. I love the way I can wear Dansko for 15 hours and my feet do not feel tired at the end of the day. I bought this shoe because of the Dansko name and love the casual look. I wore this shoe at Magic Mountain and Legoland. My feet felt great at the end of the day. However, I would not recommend these shoes for running; I do recommend them for walking. I get lots of compliments when I wear these shoes. I love these shoes and give them 5 stars.

I have only worn these shoes a couple times so far, but I've already gotten compliments. I like a little extra height because my husband is tall. The shoes are comfortable, but the back part under my ankle is a little stiff and may need to be broken in. However, I did wear these without socks and didn't get a blister! I normally wear size 8 and ordered smaller (37) based on my past experience with Dansko sizing.
