Love this skort. The shorts inside don't ride up, they protect your inner thighs from chub rub (my primary concern when choosing running clothes), and they're just the right length. The material is nice and lightweight and the zipper pocket is a nice bonus. They are athletic-looking but in an understated way. I briefly flirted with trying a running skort from Target long ago and it was a disaster - the inside shorts rode up immediately, even without running - so I was very cautious about trying another. I read so many positive reviews on multiple sites about this particular skirt that I decided to go for it. It has definitely lived up to those expectations!

I am yet another chub-rub sufferer who converted to running skirts, and I'll never look back! I've tried a couple brands, and this Brooks skirt is the best I've found. The shorts underneath are a generous length and have a tacky strip at the hem that keeps the shorts from riding up…so no chafing--even on 10-milers in the rain. The waistband is low and stays put, even without a drawstring. The pockets (on the thigh and at the back waistband) are great for everything except a phone - my clunker cell is too big. Finally, as if this is a priority for long-distance runners, the skirt is very flattering - much more so than compression spandex under running shorts. Highly recommend!

I bought this skirt to play tennis in. I love it. It light weight and the perfect length. The inner shorts have the tacky material on the inside at the seam so it really stays put. Very comfortable.

This skort is the best I have ever worn. I am a size 8 with minimal hips but really muscular thighs (and a little jiggle), and I like running in a skort, so I don't feel like I need to constantly pull at what I'm wearing. Other skorts have pseudo-boy shorts underneath that are looser and ride up - so the only benefit to a skort is that no one sees your wedgie. The shorts on the PR Mesh skort are just like compression shorts, and have a band of grip-tape at the hem of the shorts to stay in place. I've run half marathons and 5ks in this skort - after trying many brands, this is the only one I'll wear.

Made of a breathable mesh material. Lastly, there are two pockets - on the the back of the skirt, which is perfect for keys, and another on the right leg of the short which fits my blackberry.

Great skirt. Comfortable. Didn't ride up. Ran a marathon in it today and had no complaints.

Cute skirt/shorts. But as a tall person (5'10") I found the shorts a bit too short. The skirt itself is shorter on me, too. I had to return because I would not feel comfortable working out in such a short skirt.

Nicely constructed garment with a good fit. The inside pocket was a surprise and practical.

I wear this skort to play tennis in and love it. It is very comfortable and flattering. I highly recommend it. I am 5'6" and weigh 125 pounds and a small fits me perfectly.

I absolutely love it! It is the first thing I look for after laundry. And the shorts keep my not so athletic upper thighs comfortable.

This running skirt is amazing! I always deal with my shirts riding up and with this skirt the pants stay put even on my long runs! I am a pretty solid size 10 and purchased the medium and it's a great fit. I have tried many other skirts and this by far my favorite!

I purchased this skort as I have started running. This skort is awesome! Lightweight, breathes well...and the gel on the inside short really keeps them from riding. I have purchased 2 more. Love this skort and highly recommend it!

This is the best tennis skirt I have ever owned. Have tried several others and this wins hands down. Never need to adjust, grips hold firmly.

This has become my favorite workout short by far! The shorts really do stay in place when I run or lift weights. They wash well and I haven't noticed any shrinkage (although I do let them air-dry). The sizing is true and, for me, the skirt length is perfect.

This provides good coverage and prevention of chub rub. It runs a little large and the silicon things that help it from riding up are a little on the uncomfortable side. So I would not wear it for an extremely long run. But otherwise it is cute and fun for short runs.

This is quite simply the best running skirt that I own. (I like it so much that I now have 6 of these in 4 different colors.) The length is perfect - enough to adequately cover my backside during a run and also while running errands around town, but not too long to get in the way. The "longer" running skirts from other brands look too baggy in my opinion, but this one has a flattering athletic cut - not clingy, but not baggy. The shorts underneath stay in place (no riding up) due to the silicone along the hem. This skirt washes and dries nicely. I've recommended it to several friends. For sizing reference, I'm 5' 6" and 138 lbs and wear a medium in this skirt.

These are the best running skirts made. Compression shorts fit well and have a sticky lining on the bottom that keeps them from riding up which prevents chafe. They are well made, I have been logging many marathon training miles over the past few years and other skirts (North Face) have gone to pieces while these are all still holding strong after literally hundreds of washes.

Best skort I have found for working out. The side pocket fits your cell phone snugly for running, and you don't have to worry about it falling out. The zippered back pocket is too small for an ID, it fits, but it's tight. The back pocket is perfect for one key though. The material is lightweight, but I prefer the lighter colors to remain cool when it's really summer to reflect the heat.

Love it--I own 4 of these. I like the fact that they have elastic in the legs and they stay in place. I went down a size from what the chart stated.

The perfect running skirt! The shorts don't show and the tacky strip at the hem of them mean you can place it where you want the coverage and forget about it when you head out the door. They won't slip or ride up. I'm 5'3 120lbs and this skirt is the perfect length hitting at just above my fingertips when my arms are at my side. Maintains a little modesty when I kick it into high gear in a race. ;)

The fit was great the the product is well put together. The only thing that I didn't like about the skirt is that there isn't elastic in the legs and they ride up. I had a seamstress put elastic in the legs -- love the Brooks skorts instead.

Great little skirt, wonderful stretch-y fit, true to size and the pocket just accommodates my iPhone (who doesn't want to work out with tunes?). One thing that would improve it is a buttonhole-type opening in that pocket so you could thread your earphone wire through it.

Great functional and comfortable skort that fits true to size. I don't run in skorts, but have worn the skort to the office with a dressy shirt. Love the fact that is easy to pack.

I absolutely love this skirt and wish I could wear it all day every day. It's that comfortable. It is short though. I am 5"3, 150 lbs athletic/curvy and the M falls just a few inches past my rear. But like another review said, it's no shorter than a pair of shorts. The material for the skirt is a mesh like you would find on basketball shorts, wasn't quite expecting that but got over it when I found out how comfy it is. This really is the thing to wear on your run, nothing rides up or down, no chafing, and you look downright stylish!

Cute running skort! I wore this on a 3 mile run yesterday and didn't have any problems with it riding up at all. I'm tall and it is a bit short, but not any shorter than my running shorts. Going to buy in other colors!
