This would be great for travel. It is very lightweight and dries fast. took it boating this weekend and it was so nice not to deal with sunscreen all over. It wasn't too hot even over a swimsuit and you can dress it up too. I wouldn't usually pay this much for a shirt, but I forgot it at our friends lake house hours away and I am really missing it. Excellent shirt, buy a size larger.

LOVE this shirt- it feels great, looks nice, is lightweight. Nice to find extended sixes that fit.

The Tamiami sun protection (UPF 40), "fitted" sport blouses come in a variety of beautiful colors. The plain front Tamiami is a bit dressier than the Eddyline, which I love, too, because I am a bit larger through the bust and shoulders. I order one size larger in the Tamiami than I do in the Eddyline.

BOUGHT TWO OF THESE FOR AN UPCOMING TRIP TO TURKEY AND KENYA. LOVE THE FIT AND FEEL. RECOMMENDED TO A FRIEND WHO IS ALSO BUYING SOME. KEEP OFFERING EXTENDED SIZES. THEY ARE SOMETIMES HARD TO FIND

A wonderful shirt, keeps you cool, light weight, no ironing, and great look. Just order one size larger than you normally wear and you will be just fine. I ordered 3 and love the colors.

This shirt works better layered over synthetics than cotton because it is very lightweight. Its design lends itself to dressier uses than some of the other styles. It is very fast drying and does not need pressing. It runs a little smaller than some of the other shirt styles.

The shirt was a little small for the size. However, it is comfortable and provides much needed sun protection.

True to size, just a little loose, great for hot days

I was happy to see the zippers in this shirt. The 3x fit well. My issue with this type of fabric is that it is not as wicking as the knit "fishing tops" I love from Columbia. When I get sweaty, the fabric has a chemical smell I dislike - (the smell is not my BO). Hopefully after a few washings that smell will go away.

As I live in Florida and am both on the beach and kayak often, I wear these PFG shirts a lot. Pros: offer protection from UBA and UVB rays; hold up well through dozens of washings; have zippered pockets so I can keep my keys and $ on my person without fear of losing them. Cons: The fabric doesn't seem to wick away sweat or feel breathable to me. Wish it felt more like cotton.

Fits pretty well, except the sleeves are too short, barely reach my wrists. Otherwise, quite nice and lite weight, fits around my ample belly

This is a very cool, comfortable summer shirt. It is easy to quickly hand wash if needed and dries quickly when wet. Ha ha! And when I look a wreck, it still looks tidy! What more could you want from outdoor adventure clothing? I will buy another when I see how the snap closures hold up and then it will be 5 stars.

I have been wearing Columbia exclusively for the last 5 years. The tops are great for me. UV protection, breathable material, comfort from the hot day to cool evenings. My only gripe. I have a large pile of tops I can no longer wear, due to stains not coming out. Im a bus driver. From the pen I forgot to remove before washing, accidentally leaning against something, to food dropping on my top. The stains don't come out. I have pre washed, soaked, scrubbed, used Oxy Clean and Shout, those remedies. I dont know if its all all possible... but please work on this. I hate to have more around the house shirts, than shirts I can wear out.

Good shirt, but the picture looks pale pink. The actual color is bright day-glo neon tangerine. I don't love the color, but for hiking it's fine.

Nice shirt but the construction was not as durable as I thought it would be. Very thin material but on a hot day I'm sure I'll appreciate it. The buttons are plastic snaps that don't look like they will hold up for the long term but hopefully I am wrong. The fit however was excellent. Columbia is one of the only companies that reliably have plus sizes that fit. Wish their plus products were available in more of their offerings. Currently it's there's very limited choice.

So this product is one of those pieces of athletic wear that an actual plus size person probably didn't design. Not to say it is bad, but it runs smaller than a true 3X and if you have breasts like me, it will for sure not button all the way up. It is shorter than I anticipated, but actually has good stretch so it works with my broad shoulders. I am keeping it because it was a good price and can still be used as a top layer. But, if you are more of a 4X, then don't get it and if you like shirts to be longer, don't get it.

I have purchased this style of shirt before in other colors. This is a very comfortable shirt for summer. It does wrinkle a little in a suitcase but not too much to wear. I also like this for travel because it can be hand washed and hung to dry and be ready to wear the next day. This looks a lot nicer than a basic tee. The only thing that bothers me is that you have to be careful of the velcro, if you put it in the washer the shirt will be snagged/picked.

I bought this shirt for two reasons. 1. Many of the trails to walk around my house have no shade. So this is a great shirt to add some SPF cover. 2. I need cover on summer evenings from the mosquitos. This is perfect as it provides cover without adding warmth.

I love this short sleeve shirt. The fit is great, very comfortable and enough room around my tummy and hip area. I love that this shirt will pack well for travel. The Tiki Pink color is much brighter than the web site and it's more tangerine/orange, a bit too bright for me. So it was a return, that is the reason for a rating of 4 stars instead of 5. But I will order this shirt in a different color.
