I do a lot of walking and wear through my sneakers pretty quickly. New Balance has been my go-to brand for years because they are comfortable, hold up well, and come in a variety of wide width styles, but I decided it was time for a change. I was very happy with these sneakers when they arrived. They seemed sturdy, comfortable and stylish. I also liked the shade of gray and the shiny silver details. However, I've only been wearing them for 2 weeks and while my New Balance sneakers would continue looking new for about 2 months, these already look worn in and beat up! Guess I'll stick with my old reliable brand!

Zappos, as always, was wonderful with incredibly fast shipping. As a huge Asics fan sorry to say, so disappointed in this shoe! I am a severe overpronator and beginner runner. For the past few months I have been wearing the Asics Gel-Evolution 5 and loved them. Never had a shoe with such amazing arch support so when it came time to replace I automatically went to the newer version of those. Ran in them today and they already feel worn in, like my previous pair after 7 months, in one run! Since I already ran in them there's no going back, I bought inserts and they seem to help slightly. Also a side note, the shoes look far better in the picture than in person, in my opinion. The ugliness I was willing to overlook if they did the job, which they don't. I highly recommend seeking out the Gel-Evolution 5 if you're looking for maximum arch support.

I have been wearing these less than two weeks and just came limping back from my run. I am going to have to buy new sneakers. I do not recommend these if you are a severe overpronator (even though that is who they are advertised for). The arch support does not hold up.

I work on concrete floors all day so I was looking for a really good, supportive shoe and I found it. The Gel-Evolutions 6 came in a size 11 1/2, fit great and the arch and foot support is excellent. I have prescription arch supports but don't have to wear them with these shoes. They hug my feet w/o being too tight. I'll definitely buy another pair. Great shoe.

These shoes are very comfortable, have great cushioning, and seem to have enough arch support that I don't have to put my orthotics in them. I'm a severe over-pronator and I'm very happy with these so far. I mainly walk in them though, so I can't speak to how supportive they are for running.

I always wear ASICS Gel shoes and was looking to replace a pair that were my favorites. I couldn't find them offered any longer so ordered these and they work perfectly for me. They fit true to size and are comfortable on the first wearing.

First time wearing these Asics Gel-Evolution 6. Good shoe, good support, only problem, a little snug when I put on a heavier sock. Would consider purchasing another pair in the future, but at a big reduced price like I paid for this pair.

Very comfortable, supportive, true to size running shoes. I have difficult feet and these shoes make running so comfortable.

Update: These sneakers are very comfortable and great cushioning. Aside from that, I am not impressed with them at all. After only a week or two of wearing them, they looked worn, broken in and dingy. Because they're so comfortable, I still wear them everyday, but they aren't much to look at. Kinda sad that new sneakers quickly became my knock around shoes.
