This is the only shoe I wear, I have flat feet and an old injury not to mention size 10.5 feet. They offer good, but not too much support. The only negative is the fabric near the toe wears through.

I love the colors and the look of this shoe, plus the fact that it's available in narrow. But I never felt like it "felt like a dream" -- maybe because it's a stiff shoe. And I wish the arch support was more pronounced. It does fit well otherwise though, and that's a challenge for my feet.

I wear this Asics GT-2160 all the time. I have not found a more comfortable, supportive shoe that can come close to this shoe. I find the black, which I’m not sure why, fits the best. I'm sure the other colors will do the trick as well. You will not be sorry.

I loved this sneaker's fit, feel and looks. However, I have excessive swelling of my feet and ankles and the problem with this particular shoe is that the tongue does not have the extended flap part of the tongue that is attached to each side of the shoe. So when I put it on, instead of my upper foot being somewhat hidden by the fuller flap, the tongue on this shoe sits in the middle of the top of my foot and you can see my foot on either side of the tongue. I am reluctantly sending them back. Hopefully, with Zappos generous free S&H/Returns policy, I will eventually find sneakers that will work for me.

These shoes feel great and the arch support helped me to run further than before without having pain in my joints. The only complaint I have is that they got a lot of holes in them after just a few months. Other people I know have had this problem with Asics in general also. But I bought them again because they perform so well.

I wanted a black pair of gym shoes because I hate how white shoes stand out in a crowd and because of my knee I tend to wear gym shoes a lot. These were a great find.

Overall, I like these shoes. They are a bit heavier than I would like but they are a size 13! I would like a little more room in the toe box but they are quite comfortable.

I have narrow feet which can make it hard for me to find good running shoes, but the narrow version of these shoes is for very, very narrow feet. I would normally take 9.5, but the 9.5 in these were just way too narrow. So I settled with the 10s. But they are too long for my foot. I tried the regular width of these shoes, but they are way too wide. What I do like about these shoes is that they have great cushion/bounce and are good for pronators. I just wish the narrows weren't quite so narrow. I've never encountered such narrow sneakers. :(

The shoes seem a bit short. I have this model in the blue and silver colors. This version seems a bit stiffer and heavier. It's not bad, but it is different.

I have always been a fan of Asics! This pair is very comfortable; however, for whatever reason, my pair squeak. I hope this goes away because I really do enjoy them otherwise.

Great fit, no break-in required. First wear felt like I'd had them for months. Love that shoelaces are the right length and don't require double knots to stay tied (like my last pair of Asics).

I love the colors but these shoes are not as comfortable as I thought Asics should would be. I take a 9.5M and the fit seems true. I have an arch problem and I had to take the insole out and use my own. Even then, the shoe is not the most comfortable that I've worn. But I love all the colors!

These are very soft and cushioned and comfortable right out of the box. They are definitely narrower than I expected, though. I have a pair of New Balance shoes in the exact same size and width (6.5, extra wide), and they are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. These Asics, however, are much tighter. Luckily I didn't purchase them for running, just everyday use. I am beginning to wonder if I am a size 7 in denial. Maybe if I went a half size up, they would fit better. Next time I may try that.

Though I'm not a huge fan of the color (a very reflective white), they are very comfortable for running and jogging. I tend to have sore knees after running on a treadmill and these shoes really helped with that.

These shoes felt tight and short compared to what I was expecting for the size. I think they would have been okay in a different size.

I was led to Asics two years ago by an athlete because I developed plantar fasciitis. My first pair of Asics instantly corrected the problem. I walk four miles daily, and change my shoes quarterly. I tried the GT-2160 because it is mid-range in price. The shoe is nothing to rave about, but it does keep the plantar fasciitis away. I'm upping my fitness level so I've recently upgraded to the Gel-Kinsei, so we'll see what happens with that.

Since purchasing these shoes three months ago, I have really kicked up my miles (25 miles/week). I developed a blister on my left heel and the inside of the shoe now has a rip where the blister is. Not enough forefront cushioning for my needs, but that is just my feet's opinion. I replaced the original insert. They felt narrow through the top of my foot. Not sure over the long haul if they will hold up. I am basically pretty disappointed. I would not purchase the 2160's again. I can not afford to purchase new running shoes every time I turn around. My running shoe store offered me a percentage off of another pair but I did not feel it was fair to them. So I am going to have to save up my money for new shoes and suffer through until then.

Not enough side support through the mid-foot, especially for wide-width. I liked the black, which would have looked good with my running clothes.

These shoes are light weight. But, they are stiff. Ran larger than expected. Disappointed, they are nice looking shoes.

These shoes have no cushioning at all. I have been buying the 21 series for years and have always found them cushiony and comfortable. These are hard and stiff and very uncomfortable. Why oh why do they change a good thing?!

Shoe is much too narrow. Although it is labeled EE, it fits more like a medium.

I love the look of these shoes and have always been happy with the Asics fit. This pair didn't quite cut it though. The heel was narrow (my foot is Wide!) and extremely rigid. I don't think it would have softened up with use so back it goes.

I just got my order (fast as usual, thanks Zappos) and I had high hopes for these, as the reviews were pretty glowing. However, I thought they were stiff, the arches were too far back and they were short in the toe box. Not for me. Going back.

I have plantar fasciitis and have worn Asics for several years. They have always been durable and provided support. This pair, however, is the exception. I purchased these in September and within two months, the seam at the toe of the shoe is coming out and it is falling apart. I'm not sure if I got a bad pair, but this is not the quality I am used to. This is the first of this particular model I have purchased as they discontinued my previous model. I would recommend Asics, but not this model.

These shoes fit perfectly right out of the box and were extremely comfortable. The only thing wrong with them is that they don't hold up for very long. I am a nurse and I am on my feet and walk most of the day. These shoes wore out and the seams began pulling apart after only a couple of months. They never made it to the 6 month mark before there were holes in them and the seams over the toes and on the sides had pulled completely apart. Sadly I had to throw them away. Very disappointing for such a pricey shoe.
