The top compartment has three large pill bottles that will hold quite a bit. These bottles would be good for larger pills and hold up to 7 days worth if needed. Plus there is some extra room to throw in a few pill packs similar to the size of day quilt if needed. The bottom compartment also has a bit of extra room as well as three nice size flat rectangle holders. The fabric is now made of recycled material and a beautiful pattern. I hope this style is something we will see in multiple pattern. This bag would hold my family of 4 medicines for a week long vacation that includes kids medicine, over the counter medications, and prescription medication. We will be using this for a vacation where we will be flying.

Bought to go with the small backpack. I can actually get my phone (without its cover) & my glasses in this wristlet for a quick errand. It is quality made. Zippers and turn clasp are smooth. Holds all my cards easily.
