Zipper kept getting stuck

I purchased this product and loved it at first. Within two weeks the letters starting coming off. Now I have a pill case with no letters which makes it useless.

Do not like this item. I liked the old one better and I used that one for a long time. This new pill case is very difficult to open, esp. when the box is in the outside container. I finally had to take the plastic box out and leave it out for when I take my meds. It's so tight in there and the part that should open is hard to reach and open. Do not like at all. Feel like I wasted my money on this one. Thank you.

Doesn't have pill holders for two a day pills.

The turn lock is super small now, and the wallet overall is nothing like what it use to be. Overall, I was highly displeased with the wallet and I sent it back.

Too small and difficult to open. I returned it.

Design has changed it is not as deep for pills and hard to get pills out unless you have tiny fingers

This wallet is an odd size. I wasn't aware of the different size they come in. I'm not happy at all

Love the case, but it's not big enough to open the individual little compartments while inside the VB case. Must take the plastic box out every time I need to take a pill. Most unhappy.

For daily meds. I don't care for the dezine of the plastic pill box. Too difficult to use.

Iconic Pill Case This is way too small with itsy-bitsy storage for daily meds & vitamins.

The whole billfold is too thick and heavy. The window for the drivers license opening should be on top. It's difficult to get out. The whole thing is just not workable. Bad design.

This item looked really nice online, however, it is really small. It wouldn't hold very much at all. It would be nice if it was the same size as those you see in the drugstores. Not very useful.

Way too small for a pill box. Very well made and matches my other pieces so will keep, maybe for small earrings for travel.

Beautiful and plenty of room, however the clasp and turnlock is off center. Really takes away from the wallet.

I was so disappointed when I received this item. I have been carrying a earlier version of the Turnlock RFID Wallet , which I dearly love, however the quality of this new version is akin to a bargain misfit store. The material is thin and flimsy... Gone is the Vera Bradley scripted writing on the inside of wallet as well as the Vera Bradley printed on top and bottom of turnlock ring, no Vera Bradley scripted writing on outer bottom of wallet and gone was the zipper pull ribbon with scripted Vera Bradley text. It just plain looks and feels like a poor hack of the older Vera Bradley Turnlock RFID Wallet. The one and only good thing I can say is the Bramble pattern is pretty, however not pretty enough to keep. I returned the wallet and matching Glenna Sachel. I will not be purchasing Vera Bradley until the quality returns.

I have bought this wallet many times, but this wallet is already loosing some threads and really hard to open

Tooo big! It's the item that fits in my purse I don't use a big purse therefore it's too big! It's pretty.

I do have two other turn lock wallets and this one did not compare in quality and color. Unfortunately I am disappointed
