Perfect ballet shoe for my 6 year old and she has been through a few! Ordered a 1/2 size up from her regular shoe size and this was perfect with room to grow. Soft and comfortable and not saggy on the sides. Stretchy band comes attached, (some you have to sew on yourself!) which helps hold them on without the need to pull strings uncomfortably tight. Will buy Bloch again - tried the other "C" brand but she complained uncomfortable in back all the time and sagged on sides if I loosened strings.

The sizing was perfect. My granddaughter loves them. Thanks for the the quick service getting them here for Christmas.

Just like the kind you find in the local over priced dance boutique. But At 50% less than their price. I was more than excited to see the 'Extra Wide' size in stock. Fits my little prima ballerina's foot perfectly. Excellent Zappos! You rock!

Shoes truly run 1 1/2 sizes smaller. My daughter wears a 10.5 and needed a 12 in these ballet slippers. The 11.5 was too small and tight. You can adjust the width in case your child s foot is narrow or wide.

I bought these for my 5 year old ballerina. She has been been unhappy with the fit of every ballet shoe she has worn since she started ballet at 3 years old. She is now a dancer with happy feet! She loves these shoes!

My daughter take classical ballet classes so we have to buy this specific ballet shows 2 times per year for the shows. The great thing about buying here it's because they usually come with the straps not attached. Which means I have to do it. So getting it here is convenient and the do come attached.

My daughter loves her new ballet shoes! She wears a 12.5/13 in street shoes. Size 13.5 was a little big for her but that's ok with me because she grows out of shoes so quickly. The leather is so soft and beautiful. Thanks for the great service Zappos!

A very nice ballet shoe. Soft, quality leather and split sole make the shoe flexible and comfortable for my 5 year old. I bought the same size as her street shoe and it fits with a bit of room to grow.

I love these shoes for my daughter. They are "real" ballet shoes. Fit true to size and the toes don't wear out quickly.

These Ballet shoes were perfect for my 6 year old daughter for her recital. They are just as good of quality of another more popular dance brand. I did notice that the strings were a little frayed on the ends so I had to use fray stop on them, which seems to be par for the course on ballet shoes. I will be buying another pair as she grows and needs new ones.

I love Zappos! The shoes got to my house in two days and my daughter loves them for dance class. I purposely ordered a little big so I didn't have to order another pair in the middle of the dance year, but they tighten nicely by pulling the laces.

Well made, soft and comfy for my 6 year old. The split soles by the other major brand are stiff and oddly shaped. These are perfect!
